It's the end of Week 2 of #garbaugust3d and what a week of trashy reading I have had. It's been a lot of fun - far more fun than last week :)

You had a great week, the assassin book sounds a lot like the Mack Bolan book I read except it was his parents and sister killed and he takes on the mafia. 😀 I liked Meg, I am on book 3 in that series. Wish I read as fast as you!

What an incredible week, Debs. Once again! You are really making extraordinary progress on these prompts, and yes, this week's books seemed more palatable than last week's. Well done!

It's a shame the cows book was no good, but worms sound interesting, I loved slugs so worms makes as much sense. I hope to get to Meg at some point.

I enjoyed both Slither and The Meg. Cows was one of those books where the swearing was just so over the top. I can swear like a trooper but I know other words as well lol

Wow you are just whizzing along that bingo card! I’m a slower reader but Garbaugust reads do go fast. I’ve got Meg Generations and although I’ve read Meg, I have not read the books in between. I wonder if it matters, I doubt it. 😆 My conspiracy book is On The Trail of Assassins about the Kennedy assassination. Oh and Clive Cusslers Pacific Voryex! For the (!) in the title. This is so fun!

I’m sure you don’t need to read the Meg books consecutively. I feel I’m doing pretty well with the bingo card. Your books sound great. I hope you are enjoying GarbAugust 😊

i love the Meg books, I’m on number 4, they are so ridiculous and over the top. What’s funny is that the films are even more ridiculous and over the top, but at least they have Jason Statham 🥰 Oh I have that same Conspiracy Theories book, I do have quite a few, fascinating subject 🤣

Absolutely loved Meg. Going to have to read some more. Yay for Jason Statham 😂. I met some flat earthers in the city centre the other week. I do enjoy a nice conspiracy theory 😊

I got fixated on the killer worms. How could worms attack people? They don't have any teeth. And they only eat dead things. Were these some kind of Super Worms? It just sounds like such an unbelievable premise:)

Oh these worms start off small but they grow BIG and sprout teeth and hypnotic eyes and crawl through your plumbing and into your bath. They’re evil 😂. And unbelievable!
