There isn't a Billie without Finneas and vice versa. Finneas wrote this for his band "The Slightly's" but thought it sounded better in Billie's voice. She sang it first at age 13 and this video is at age 14/15. Finneas also wrote "When the Party's Over" - they should have had him crying the black tears - only fair! Finneas also wrote "Watch", "My Strange Addiction"; and "6 Ft. Under" - They collaborated with Khalid on "Lovely" and with 2 other guys on "Bored" for the TV series "13 Reasons Why" [Aaron Forbes, Tim somebody - I'm 69 and forget things!] and on "&Burn" the remix of "Watch", Vince Staples contributed his rap lines. But for people who think Finneas is the genius behind Billie and she doesn't really do anything, listen to Finneas EP and album, and then Billie's, and ask yourself - what's the difference? Why isn't Finneas in the top 100 - it isn't because Billie is pretty and Finneas isn't - Billie contributes more than many people realize - that's apparent on a song like "idontwannabeyouanymore" written by a 15 year old [in my mind it's awesome] or "NO TIME TO DIE" [the Oscar Winning Bond song written by 17 year old Billie and Finneas. She just breaks the mold - by being genuinely, authentically, Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell - Finneas's kid sister, turning 22 on Dec. 18, 2023 - 9 days before I turn really old!!!
