Microwave is not good, it changes food molecules. I wouldnt use it. Just warm it up on the kitchen, 2 minutes.

Well yes and no, it just heats food up with non ionizing radiation, heating and cooling food changes the structure of the molecule but once it cools back down or warms back up it’s the same as it started. The microwave is perfectly fine to use.
