Marty I just want to say...You’ve been a big part of my childhood. I started playing guitar when I was around 9 years old. The first song I learned was Nothing Else Matters(or should I say tried to learn). Anyways I watched your tutorial for that song many years ago. I’m 16 now and still enjoy watching your videos. 4:56 oh this part is easy! You just have to play 2 parts at the same time at light speed so it looks like you are only playing one part. It is a simple trick that can trick anyone into thinking you are a guitar god.

Thanks for the lesson!! Always wanted to learn this song. Gotta say though, on the solos, i think it starts with an open 9 on both strings. At least that's what sounds better to me when i compare it to the actual recording.
