LYRICS
There's always a number that'll make you feel bad about yourself
You try to measure up, try to measure up to somebody else
Numbers are out to get you, numbers are out to get you, numbers, hoo-hoo
They tell you you're too short to join the team
And your IQ is too low for poetry
Numbers are out to get you, numbers are out to get you, numbers, hoo-hoo
I hear the sadness in your laughter
So call on me and tell me what you need
Just call on me and tell me what you need
Look at him, look at her, they got a million likes
You better figure out how to multiply, divide
Numbers are out to get you, they'll kill you if they get through, numbers, hoo-hoo
I'm a one, I'm a zero
In the end, does it matter
All that we even really know
Is every nail needs a hammer
But the numbers won't compute
When we love
And a two becomes one
I hear the sadness in your laughter
I hear the sadness in your laughter

@@erlineandrews Well it'd definitely be a good way to spread this album out to other people! I wouldn't want a completely fresh and catchy batch of songs from Weezer to go entirely unnoticed by the world. When an album is THIS good it has to be shared with other people, and he should definitely review it!

@@Hola-tq4pg cause it's one valid way to share music to others as well? who cares what you think about the guy, as long as the album gets discussion I feel like the ends justify the means, as it is much better to get people talking about the album in general than concerning yourself where people may find their music.

Although I love Grapes of Wrath, Here Comes the Rain, All My Favorite Songs, the whole album really, _this_ song is the one that's stuck with me the longest. An important reminder that data and statistics aren't essential to your success, and may even impede your progress if you focus on them too much.

If Weezer can come out with an album like this that makes me feel the way I used to cranking Burnt Jamb or Falling For You... then I guess (even though I don’t dig the album I’m about to mention) I think that maybe they were right... everything will be alright in the end.
