Brian Setzer (the musician) once seriously stated that Weird Al was the most talented musician he’s ever heard, due to the fact that he parodies nearly every single genre and dozens of artists and he excels at performing all of their styles. Tons of his original songs are excellent too.

I stood in line to get into San Diego Comic Con behind Weird Al about 20-25 years ago (wasn’t a long line, like 10 mins), super nice guy. Totally humble, friendly, was just there as a general person not in a panel or at a booth or anything, just joked around with the people in line around him, and then waved and went on his way like a normal person. Total class act.

It's so crazy to me that when I was a kid, in the 80's, I wrote Weird Al a letter, and he sent a hand written response with a picture and an autograph. I just need to say that this video is my go-to video when I am sad or stressed. The leg kick at 2:17 is perfection and I have watched it over a 100 times. The song itself is a cover that Weezer forcefully agreed to do, and nailed it. Then parodying themselves with Weird Al is top notch. Using the buddy holly outfit plus the general concept of the video for Undone is just amazing. And also all of Al’s band mates nail the impressions of the Weezer guys.

Love how Weird Al always hams it up when performing but his chops can run circles around most anybody in popular music for the last 30 years. Mad respect for the Weird One.

The fact you CAN shred on an accordion is amazing enough, but to see Weird Al do it is even more amazing.

Not to take away from the classic from Toto that brought this song to this world, but man does this hit. Weezer is a great band and Weird Al is a mastermind. Props for the colab!
