Similar to War in the East 2, is there also a kind of front line by coloring the controlled hexes? That would increase orientation I think.

Be curious to know what games you would recommend for someone that grew up on games like rise and fall of the 3rd reich, Gettysburg, the civil war, etc to play on cpu. The war in the east and pacific just look to damn intricate and mind boggling

Some of my favorite games. If you want real-time the Ultimate General games are great. John Tiller games are probably closest to the games you mentioned

@@strategygamingdojo5278 Wish there was one that had the entire civil war damn. How is the installation process once downloaded? I have seen some people have had troubles etc. And I have the UG games and they are great

@@marinewillis1202 Check out Grand Tactician : The Civil War 1861-1865. It's pretty intricate, and will take some time to learn, but it may be what you're looking for. Check out KZbin videos before you buy is my recommendation.

@@SymeonPhronema oh I have had it since it first released in Beta and have been there through all of the changes. The new economy one I am still not good with mainly as I havent played it much lately. Probably the best CW game made to date.
