My process has been very slow and steady. Im 5’4 and have been on medication since January 2023. I’ll be starting the higher 1.7 dose today. Some weeks I feel the medicine working a lot more than other weeks. 🤔

I totally get the slow and steady process. I was hearing people say they lost a lot of weight with the first dosage of .25 and I was like I only lost 1 pound.🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m 5’4 and I started 2 months ago at 169…I’m now 166….

Same I am on 4th week loss 4.7 lbs total next week i increase to .05 dose

One thing that helped me was realizing the starter dose (.25) is only 1/10 of the full working dose, and so on. It makes sense that you wouldn't start losing noticeably until the larger doses.

I take compound pharmacy semiglutide. Is a different dosage (in units) and have full rangebin going slowly up as is not in a pen. I started at 232 pounds mid December. At the 2 months mark in February I lost 7 pounds. Now at the 5 months mark I lost 30 total, I am at 202 pounds. Keep going strong. Not always easy with side effects but at least I can move around with dosage depending on this issue.

My daughter's friend uses the compound. She is doing very well. Daughter uses Mounjaro and has list 77#, is now 142. But, she doesn't eat and I am 77 and don't want to mess w my health.

I guess slow and steady it is... sw 170.6 - cw 152.6, started January 6th, 2023, and I have about 12 more lbs to lose.

that's great progress! I'd rather take it off slow because that means it's harder to put back on.

I am on my first week of 1mg wegovy. I have the worst nausea after every shot. It last 3 days or when I eat sweets. I am trying to tell myself it's worth it. I've only lost 8lbs. :(

I'd cut the sweets out so it's easy to maintain weight when you are no longer on the medicine. that's my plan anyway. good luck.
