I used Saxenda for 6 months and lost 20 lbs. I have now been on Wegovy for 6 months and lost 30 more. I have not been this weight in 7 years. I eat lots of yogurt, a chicken salad with skinny girl dressing for lunch and then usually a small supper. I am now exercising, which is something I haven't been able to comfortably do in 10 years. These shots have really changed my life.

I am on Ozempic .25, tomorrow I will take my 5th shot. I am down 20lbs. I have type 2 so I ain't on it for weight loss but I weigh 342lbs now 322lbs so I am very excited.

I have been on Saxenda for 6 months and I have lost 43lbs. I really believe it’s from fasting all morning and drinking plenty of water. I eat what I want and get at least 10,000 steps in a day. I haven’t started a workout routine yet, but that’s my goal. Stay consistent it will work.

​@snowblo1 It's a different GLP-1 antagonist called Liraglutide and is also sold as a Type 2 diabetes drug called Victoza. It is an older medication, so it was less expensive on my insurance. My Dr prescribed it bc of the Wegovy shortage, but it tends to be a little less effective than Wegovy/Ozempic. It's a daily shot instead of weekly.

I love hummus too. I typically get a big container of plain nonfat Greek yogurt and mix ranch powder into it. 1/2 cup is only 70 calories, with 12 grams of protein. Pair that with veggies and it’s a great lunch.

Hi there. Your daughter is adorable. If you swap out the All Bran, you’ll save a bunch of carbs. I know you’re taking it for the fiber - add some chia seeds to yogurt. Also take probiotics to help your gut stay healthy. My success is based on no sugar but also low carbs. I live on eggs and vegetables. Thx for the video!

I would love to see some recipes and what I eat in the day's. If you buy whole flaxseed and grind it yourself, it should be stored in the refrigerator. If you buy the pre-ground flaxseed, it should be stored in the freezer. Flaxseed can go rancid, so you definitely want to store it properly to ensure it stays good.

I was fine on the 0.25, but just started the 0.5 and I've felt so awful when I woke up and haven't eaten much. Sadly Costco is closed today for Easter, so I'll go tomorrow to grab the Liquid IV. I'm not giving up though. I'm hoping the next 0.5 shot goes better. Thank you for making all of these videos. Edit: Shot 2 of 0.5 went a lot better. No vomiting or nausea. It just feels like a regular day and I'm so happy.

This is week 5 and I’ve lost 10 lbs with OZE ; I notice that bedtime rest is important with the weekly dosage. Try to shut down between 8 pm & 830pm and rise in the morning drinking warm water or lemon water for a great bowel relief. Also, I do not make dinner anymore, I just make mini saucer size appetizer, basically a hand full of mixed green & 4 turkey meatballs. I will say this, it was hard for me to consume 4 meatballs. 😊. Hope this helps

Liquid IV, pineapples, and Jamba Juice is a god send now that the weather is warming up. A good drink in the morning is a packet of liquid IV, slice of lemon, and teaspoon of ACV in a gallon of water. Helps to get the poop out and hydrate that you may have loss overnight.

You and your mini-me are so beautiful! Hearing about your journey and how far you've come is inspiring. I started my journey on 1/25/2023, weighing 282.2 lbs. Now I weigh 249 lbs., losing 33.4 lbs. It's great that I didn’t get sick, and my sleepiness has decreased. Eating can be challenging, but I force myself to eat because, of course, it’s essential. I have improved my water intake because It's vital that I drink enough water to keep my kidneys healthy. Many of the products you've shared have been helpful, especially your scale. It's great that it links to my phone, which helps me track my weight loss. I don't know how to use my plate so well, but I started using that app today. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. 🙏🙏

Just wanted to share some recommendations for stuff that will help with constipation. I take calm every night and usually go to thr bathroom the next morning. I’ve been doing this for years because I suffer from ibs with constipation. And I just discovered yellow dragonfruit. Eat one and you will go to the bathroom usually within 2 hrs. I have one everyday now. And Costco sells some sugar free fiber gummies that are good as well. Hope this helps.

Usually the small weight fluctuations is water retention and it depends on what you ate the day before.

I just muscled up the courage to give myself the first shot. It wasn’t so bad as I expected. I’m excited for this journey. Diabetes run deep in my family so I have to be careful. Doctor told me I’m pre diabetic and that scared the heck out of me because I know all too well what this disease can do if you don’t get ahead of it. I loss my mom a few years to this affliction. 😢

I’m still trying to get up the courage to give that guest injection. I work, so if this makes me too I’ll to work, I’ll be in trouble! I’ve set a target date of 8/4 so I can take a few vacation days just in case I need them.

I’m about to start shot #2 tomorrow! I’m down 4lbs in my first week. Very mild side effect of nausea but that’s it so far. Once I eat something it passes. I started setting a timer to eat because if you’re busy you can easily forget to eat the hunger is just not there. My Dr said to shoot to eat 6 times a day small little meals/snacks so I’m going to start that tomorrow. Thank you for all of the tips! I have added some I’m not using to my shopping list for this next week. So happy I found your channel this is exactly what I was looking for. 🙌🏼❤

@@maiyahhx2318 I just took shot #5 yesterday which is when my dose went up too. I’m down 9lbs. The week before I could tell my body was getting use to the 1st dosage so I’m happy to go up. I have been eating well except one day I decided to eat half of a crumble cookie and my body totally rejected it. I got really sick for a day so I learned my lesson lol. Still very light side effects here and there so crossing my fingers it stays that way. I’ve not experienced any constipation either which I know most people do. I’m very happy with the whole process so far!

Great video, thanks for the info! Wednesday is my second shot of .5 Wegovey, after that shot it takes my 48 hours to get over the side effects, (nausea, headache, constipation) it’s bad! I haven’t tried the liquid iv, I’m definitely gonna start that to see if it will help! Things I like to eat, is cottage cheese, and deli meat, turkey, and cream cheese! I have lost almost 40 pounds! Thanks again sharing your story with us! 😊

I'm on week 3 of wegovy. I lost 5lbs so far, two days ago I started working out walking 12 blocks a day hoping to boost the weight loss with adding cardio. I was a little down today because I just lost 5lbs but this is a journey and praying I stay consistent. Love your videos and best wishes on your journey! Your videos are so encouraging!

Stay encouraged you’re doing good. A 3-5 lbs per week weight loss is a healthy goal. Expect 5-6 lb per wk weight loss when taking semaglutide injections. Exercising 2-3/ wk will increase muscle and fat loss. My favorites are Walking, Aquatics Fitness and Zumba. I’ll return to Rowing once approved by my doctor.It’s definitely an all over body workout 😅

I am taking ozempic. I have been taking this since 2119 when this was Victoza. I am down 61 lbs. I have a team of docs. I started off at 258 lbs. Now I am looking for nutrionst. I've changed my eating habits. I have not been this small in year's I am under a doctors care I have to increase my exercise routine and increase my fiber. My doctors are happy I am a active participant in my health. I'm 75 years young

Victoza and Ozempic are not the same medication, even though they are both GLP-1 antagonists. Victoza/Saxenda is Liraglutide. Ozempic/Wegovy is semaglutide.

I’m on 1.75 dosage and just started Wegovy. I started on Ozempic, but because I’m not diabetic, my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I paid $953/mo… and that was financially annoying, but I did it from September 2022, until March of 2023. I switched to the Lindora program that offered a generic semaglutide for $399/mo. Finally, this month my insurance approved Wegovy. I just took my first injection about 30 minutes ago. I’ve only lost 50 lbs in a year. I’m hoping with diet, exercise and my new weekly yoga class, I’ll lose more. Crossing my fingers!

Great video, Tatiana! You are doing great! Just remember that they'll be weeks when you won't lose at all, and that's ok!! Just keep doing what you're doing. I stayed at .50 for a long time with success. I am on 1 mg now, debating moving up. I did finally start exercising, so I'm hoping that will jump start my progress again. Love your videos!❤

I am on week 6. I have learned that I get a better response with injections in my stomach vs my thigh. I am going to try Ensure for extra protein. I currently do the boiled egg. I find I really need the protein the day after my injection.

Same story here. 6 weeks. 8.5 lbs. seems slow. Shoot in the thigh because friend said in stomach makes her more nauseated… think I will do next shot is try stomach. Just started .50 and feel no different. Disappointed w slowed weight loss so soon. Sticking w it.

So glad you moved up a dose I’ve been eating yogurt and raspberries my favorite I also drink orgain shakes in the morning it’s lactose free which I need I also have a 100 calorie pack of rice cake snacks in the morning. Still no weight loss but I start my 1mg Thursday so let’s hope it’s gonna make a change!

I am now on 1.0 and lost 5 pounds in a week. I have to make myself eat. Week 1 on 1.0 was slow. Week 2 appetite gone and still no side effects. Water is key when I see loss.

Thank you for the grocery haul! I'm on week 5 of ozempic.( Weeks 1-3 were at .25) I've lost almost 5 lbs. At first I was totally bummed but at week 4 I had a bod scan done and I had gained muscle.(I work out 4 days a week) I had to give myself some grace. Slow and steady. I also use red pepper hummus to make tuna fish instead of mayo. Keep up the good work everyone!!!!

I was just prescribed the .5 of Wegovy and I am so scared of taking it because of the side effects, especially the nausea. I have been nauseated from other medicines and it sucks so bad! Any suggestions on what helps with the nausea?

I’m on my second shot of Semaglutide and when I get nauseous I eat a small snack. I have realized eating small 200-300 calorie meals 6 times a day helps me.

You didn't ask me, but my Costco staples are in the deli and freezer sections. Deli: cocktail shrimp, rotisserie chicken, Cesar salad, sous vide grass fed beef. Freezer: crab cakes, cauliflower stir fry "rice" and broccoli. For a treat, frozen chocolate covered strawberries by Tru fruit. Oh! Chobani sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt

Loveee you channel and your journey, Im on my week 4 with wegovy… plateaud only loosing 5 pounds so far…. As far as quick sources of protein, we have the kachava shakes (super nutritious) and also beef /chicken bone broth from the bare bones brand, i just add hot water , lemon and a few drops of tabasco and its delicious and 20 gram protein🎉

I love your videos ! I'm on week 3 of Wegovy .25 and I'm down 7lbs, I bought the scale you recommended and love it! I have the my plate app and love it . thank you for all your advice and your PUSH! we got this! i also made Minestrone soup and eat it a lot and it helps with VEG intake.

Just sprinkling support all over you. I'm on Mounjaro 5mg heading into my 8th injection. we started about the same time, so I'm pleased to see you doing so well. My weight loss is happening, but totally not stellar. I've had the issue my whole life and Mounjaro gives me hope. I'm doing an extra month of 5 because the 7.5mg is outta stock. I'm hopeful that I won't have that increased hunger. Keep going. You may be knocking on the door of 40 but those were great years for me with my young babies and I wish you and your family nothing but health and happiness. And on the calories, it's like yeah, if we're skiing or doing roller derby all the time we'd probably need to eat more, but not the typical 'get out and be active' stuff.

How was 5mg of Mounjaro? I started this week. I down 12 lbs total… 5 has been kind to me, those last two weeks of 2.5 I gained back half of what I lost.

@@TheeBelafonte 5mg is doing well by me. I may do a third month. I'm worried about going up too quickly. I'm not sure what the rush is. I have sugar issues, so maybe mounjaro works different for us and we don't need such high doses. I'm down 23 lbs so far - 9 wks of dieting. I'm very strict, very low carb, low calorie. It's all good. I'm not hungry.

@@TheeBelafonte What I meant is...if you're not hungry, don't eat. I look at it this way: I already ate the burrito, it's sitting on my thighs, so I don't need to eat it again. I take a daily vitamin, and whatever else my doc says I need. I get my electrolytes, I stay hydrated and I eat only when I'm definitely hungry and I stop the moment I am not.

I eat a cucumber daily. I add 1 tlb of olive oil and three tbls of various vinegars a bit of sugar and salt to cut some of sour. Like eating chips (crunchy) without the calories.

I just started less than a week ago. I love greens. I will sauté the greens from beets…I juice the beets and some of the greens, but I sauté the rest…usually with kale or collards.

Kale chips. Soaked in lemon juice, sprinkle with garlic powder (tons of it), add bit of parmesan, cook till dried in oven. OMG!

I'm.on my last week of .25 and I have not lost any weight. I dont feel any less hungry. I made the mistake of taking.5 the first time and then went back to .25 and I honestly felt like .5 is were I need to be. I am trying hard to workout but I will say wegovy has me more tired. I will try taking B12 to see if that will help me with energy. Love your videos. Thank you for sharing

So awesome! Thanks! Continued blessings! I'm-10lbs down 3wks on MJ 2.5. No bad side effects so far just fatigue which is expected as our bodies heal and reset. I rest when fatigued. I drink lots of water(alkaline or added electrolytes), eat lots of protein(TDEE Calulator for protein and caloric intake minus 500 cal for deficit) and papaya enzyme chewable (Amazon) after each meal to aid in digestion(so no nausea or tummy upset at all so far🤞). I inject on Friday night in tummy(drink protein shake 1 hr prior and water). It's been a great 3 wks. I start 5mg this Friday so definitely researching to be prepared but also taking into account everyone's experience is different. Planning to incorporate a lil movement after -20lbs. Only weighing once per week...hoping to eventually only weigh once oer month. Pacing everything slow and steady.

I’m not on wegovy but a microwaved sweet potato w/ a little light butter and salt! Also beans from a can, wash them good and no gas pains. Put the beans in your progreso or homemade soup. Filling.

I’m on my third shot of 0.25 of Ozempic. My go to snacks are Greek yogurt and berries. Also, protein shakes are quick and easy to grab when I’m on the go. 😊

I just started my shot Friday. I did notice I’m not eating much at all. Drinking lots of water tho. I haven’t had any symptoms besides belching

Low and slow wins the race. Its not expected that you lose at all on the loading dose. It's just to get your body familiar. It's takes some people 2 to 3 levels to get to their therapeutic dose. There are many factors that go into how much and what pace you will lose. There may be weeks you won't lose at all. Keep up the good work!

My Dr. Who prescribed me wegovy is also on it. I just started today and she said she didn't see Any different until .50, or month 2. So sont give up!

I'm on week 3 as of today so far I've only lost a total of 5 lbs. 😢I am disappointed and am starting to waiver a bit. Thanks for these videos I am going to boost my work outs and definitely try to eat more consistently and better.

Why are you disappointed? Don't be! Low and slow wins the race. Its not expected that you lose at all on the loading dose. 1st month is water weight loss which is important. There are many factors that go into how much and what pace you will lose. There may be weeks you won't lose at all. Keep up the good work! 😊

Just started my 10th week on Wegovy and I’ve only lost 3lbs. I eat high protein, drink over a gallon of water a day & exercise 4days a week. I’m a little frustrated but still hopeful.

Did you try upping your dosage? On Mounjaro, they recommend you go up in 2.5 increments. Not sure about the others.

I drink 70 oz water yougart with chia seeds eggs ginger chews for nausea bacon baked chicken salad spinach helps me I'm on 0.6 ozempic lost 17lbs since Feb2023 no bad side affects light headaches

I lost 10 pounds so far I noticed my change by slowing down my portions size and my urge to binge eat or sugar or whatever and this is how I noticed my weight loss changed my portions and appetite I won’t eat food until almost at the end of the day I don’t force myself to eat anything

Ive lost 11.8lb in 8 days 🤗 hasnt been 2 weeks yet, i have untill Tuesday next week for my 3rd shot of MJ 2.5mg wk3. Super happy and alot of effort went into as im paying for it myself as dr said all the fatties took it a national shoetage. I am diabetic btw n though id give this a go to see if u can lose a bit and control my glucose.

In the morning I start off by drinking 2 cups of ryzes coffee with 0 sugar creamer. For breakfast I have a fruit smoothie with oikos triple zero yogurt and fat free milk. Lunch is a salad with spinach, sunflower seeds,avocado, tomatoes, green onions and chicken breast. Dinner its usually what I had for lunch, or what I had for breakfast. I've lost 20 pounds in 3 months.

I follow a macro group and they say there is not an accurate way to track calories burned during a workout that is why they shouldn't be eaten back, that may be what your nutritionist was referring to.

I include intermittent fasting, don’t eat anything until after 12pm. Stop eating around 6 pm…I loss 8 lbs first week, gained 2 lbs back, I think do to lifting weights, I just loss the 2 lbs gained on my 3rd week
