Just finished assembling. Tools you will need: a Philips head screw driver and ideally x2 17mm Combination Hex Wrenches. I used one of those wrenches and a Gator Grip drill head. Several bolts require two way action to tighten to my satisfaction.

Just got this today, the bolts won't screw all the way onto the screw it's as if there's a layer blocking the screw from coming out the other side of the bolt.

It look like you may have install the seat backward. Red part should go to front.
