Hi Teri, I understand , this has been a struggle , who am I kidding it’s always a struggle. One day at a time. I watched dish with D and learned some tricks that I want to try, I need to go back and write them down. You got this , sometimes ours bodies hang on to that sodium longer than we like! Gosh one salty evening and 3 days of bloating from it😖. Keep drinking the water, I hate water when I’m not thirsty … but I force it. I used to take a nice coffee to work in my yetti.. now I take a big water.. I drink it because that’s all there is😂 hang in there, you are my WW pal , we got this😉

Good evening Teri. I totally get the frustration with weigh ins that don’t match the effort you put in for the week. I was up also this week despite having over 50 points left for the week from activities. It’s disheartening. Need to go back to low salt almonds instead of smokehouse I guess. I got rid of all the left over holiday sweets, so the temptation is gone. Looking forward to seeing what you are working on this Friday.

I get it I was up 2 lbs this week but I knew it was going to I ate out alot last week. Hang in there don’t get discouraged. Everyone’s journey is different. Just focus on one meal at a time. Choose wisely. I am super sodium sensitive so I get it.

I actually weighed myself a couple days before my actual weigh in day and had lost 2 pounds but on weigh in day it was only a .7 loss. So frustrating
