I would enjoy seeing a video speaking about the supplements area of your fridge. (codliver oil, turmeric force etc.) There is so much research out there, it would really help to hear your opinions on what stuff you choose to incorporate into your lifestyles to promote you and your families health and if it is a daily routine, or if some of the stuff you just use when you are feeling a cold come on, or something like that. :)

I really enjoyed the video~just wish I had not started reading any comments below it:( Absolutely appalling that the first thing to jump into some folks' minds is what to criticize~good grief people! Someone takes time and effort to show a much requested peek into HER REFRIGERATOR, and the deluge begins...from her personal vitamin levels to her food storage and safety, and even her dang electric usage(or something like that, equally rude and invasive) could not read any further. Incredibly rude, thinly veiled behind trying to be "helpful"~please, you all know what your intent was, come ON. Besides, coconut milk cans are lined to prevent rusting, people have different levels/needs for nutrition, modern refrigerators self adjust temperature to compensate for open doors and "Kindness (really!) CAN Change The World" How about jumping on that train?!

How do you keep the kids out of your way so you can get it done? ;) Also would be interested to see how you organize all your kitchen equipment. Hello! This is amazing! Thank you so much for your videos. I am only on my second one, but I am loving this. I am very sensitive to processed foods. For 4yrs I was 370 pounds. I lost the weight through the Paleo Diet. Now I am a healthy 180. My desire now is to just live with balance. To live CLEAN. Can you tell me....I stay away from dairy. I see you do yogurt. I have also used greek yogurt as sour cream. My question is what is your definition of clean eating? If I eat bread it's sprouted or Dave's killer bread. I like to make all of my own sauces, and love experimenting. You are amazing, and inspiring. You help me feel like this is possible to maintain. I literally got emotional when I found your videos. Having struggled with an eating disorder, and being an addict in Recovery I tend to go overboard. So, for a while I was afraid to even do any breads, or cheeses, or non homemade stuff. I am learning to live with balance. I also have Fibromyalgia, and diverticulitis, and am under the care of a Dr. for sure. I just want to thank you so much. I am a big meat eater, and am looking for variety. If you have any suggestions for me I would greatly appreciate it! I lost the weight back in 2012, but had gone through a horrible relapse in my recovery, and am now able to follow my passions. So thank you again. Suzanne

It's incredible how big the fridges are in the US!! Ours isn't even half the size I'd guess - for a 5 persons household!!! (Germany)
@CleanandDeliciousDani7 жыл бұрын
That's so interesting... I wonder why that is.
@MunichStar737 жыл бұрын
I found that most rented apartments in Germany also have tiny kitchens, so no space for a big fridge. Luckily my kitchen is quite big so I bought my fridge separately to the rest of the kitchen units. I guess one advantage is that you have to plan properly. I would probably buy too much food if I had a fridge that big and then it would go to waste.

Whole Foods haul in the future?! What tips do you have for getting your husband and children on board with a Clean & Delicious lifestyle? I know for kids, the pressure of other kids' lunches and being inundated with ads and packaging can be overwhelming.
@CleanandDeliciousDani8 жыл бұрын
+Talia Cadet yes - Whole Foods Haul is next. As for the kids - I feel they have gotten tougher since starting school and moving to NJ. The influence of what they see around them is no joke. My best tip - set the example. Eat well and enjoy it and let them see you. Then constantly offer it to them.... small consistent steps.

thank you for showing us. I like your idea of prepping some basic ingredients in advance on the weekend. That's often the last thing I want or even think to do and then prepping the veggies during the week takes that much more time when I could've already knocked that out! That's gotta change bc it would be such a time saver! I also get a lot of inspiration from you on what to do with my produce. I'm a Misfits market member so I'm always getting produce I don't know what to do with, which is part of the fun because I'm trying new things I otherwise never would. I have a question: What would you do with the greens on carrots? my carrots always have the greens and I never know what to do with them.
