I USED TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME. I was embarrassed to tell my current bf I weighed 130 lbs when we first started dating! Idk what can I say I changed so much over the past couple of years. Honestly it is nothing but a number. I’m really happy with my body shape and I just want to tone and not necessarily lose weight! I’m sick of giving these numbers so much power. Instead I make myself feel good by thinking I’m very blessed with the shapes I have. 😚
