I went vegan and lost 25 pounds. The first two weeks were difficult because I love cheese, but afterwards, I stopped craving sweets, animal products and other unhealthy foods. Plus there was the added benefit of being able to eat more and weigh less :)

This really works guys! i lost about 5lbs now (its been a week) and im the kind of person who LOVES food so much and i never thought i could lose all this weight!! i drink 4 water bottles a day, eat fruit for breakfast, i still eat whatever food my mom cooks for lunch/dinner (not too strict on that part), i snack on veggies or fruits or nuits and i dont eat after 9PM!!!! i swear you do this for three days and you will already lose some pounds 😀

fat loss takes time. be aware that you aren't losing fat with this method you're losing water weight. if you are really looking to lose fat you need to change your LIFESTYLE, don't do these crash diets because when you're done with it it leads to bingeing all the foods you cut out. my tips are increase protein, eat clean carbs(rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes), weight lift, lower sugar intake, increase water intake, go into a calorie deficit, and do whatever form of cardio you prefer(either HIIT or LISS) take small steps into a healthier lifestyle and you WILL see results. patience is key !! nothing happens over night, remember that!

Ok I’m 11 years old and I am turning 12 in 11 days as of 4/21. I cannot give up meat because I don’t cook my meals and I don’t want to bug my parents and it’s just not reasonable for a 6th grader. So I am not going to have dessert, have milk, ice cream, and try to eat less yogurt (sorry but I love yogurt). I also dance for 3 hours 3 days a week, run on the elliptical when I have time, do planks and stretches for dance. I am hoping this will work!! I will write back here on my birthday or the next day! I am currently 5’3 and 122 pounds. I am build with big hips and wide shoulders and have very muscular legs

SavageRobloxQueen hi hun, its not healthy or possible to lose 36 pounds in 10 days. I think 10 is far too young to be concerned about your weight. How tall are you? You might be a healthy weight for your age. However if you feel like you need to be healthier not necessesarily skinnier -there is an important difference -then try to workout at least 5 or 6 times a week for a least 30 minutes like jogging or swimming or whatever you like. If your parents make you eat burgers try to ask them if they can get substutitues like a burger with no cheese or dont eat the bread just the meat and veggies

I think you have a little bit or low self confidence (dont worry I was the same way) and we should work on that not necessarily work on losing weight

I lost 15 pounds in 5 days by going on this diet my brother made up. You eat only meat on the first day then the second day you eat only veggies and salad then the third day you eat everything but in small portions and the last day you fast until 9pm but while you're fasting you should drink lots of water. It definitely worked for my brother and me. It works because your body gets confused with the diet and burns a lot more weight and while you're dieting add 30-60 minutes of workout like biking or running.

I won't try this cause I don't have patience. What I recommend u to do is to get roller skates/blades and go 3-6 kilometers every day and in three days,I saw six pack forming on my stomach,I didn't do it any longer cause of weather but I will start again,u don't have to get rid of anything,I guess it would help if u get rid of sweets but I didn't. And this is most important,I was going full speed all the time so I don't know will it work if u go slow on skates. But if some of u tried and it worked,please tell me cause it's much easier to go slower,and DON'T FORGET to bring water bottle with u!

I'm 17, 5"2, and 130 pounds (58kg). I've been trying to lose fat and gain muscle all summer (this is post a really intense semester + German exchange so I was 120 and 5"1 in February). I used to do the six small meals thing and it was killing me because I was always hungry and couldn't stop myself from snacking. Also, my workout schedual got a little mucked up because of family issues (which have now been resolved). I gained muscle but only lost 2 pounds in 5 weeks. Not ideal. So I tried intermittent fasting on a 16/8 hour split and slight calorie restriction (no more than before), lost over a pound in a week (which before I thought impossible for my size) and increased all my weights at the gym. Sleep quality has also improved. My plan for the remaining two weeks of summer vacation is the 16/8 split, but in a three day cycle. Two days of high restriction and one day of slight excess. Hoping to lose 2 or three more pounds before school and keep it up until I reach my goal weight of 115-120.

Lifting moderately heavy weights is really good on top of rapid high intensity interval cardio. Weight lifting builds muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn doing every day things, plus the weight training temporarily tones your muscles, and the HIT cardio burns max fat. 40+ Sit-ups with a 30 lb weight every day for 4 days and a colonic gets my belly flat.

so i am a swimmer, and i am 11 years old and i weight 145 ik im obese.. anyways i have a doctors apointment in july and i want to improve and so with me not eating and helps alot but i still have to drink alot of water and it helps i went to 5 days of practice without eating but drinking 10+ 30 ounces of water everyday i lost 25 pounds!
