I'm so glad you're feeling better Kristi! The Skinnyish Dish's Meatball Sub Bubble up is a must! Her marinara sauce is my favorite zero point sauce. I make a huge crockpot full and freeze it in meal size portions for my DH and I. I loved the bloopers!!

So much easier that way! They actually sell a "meatball maker" on Amazon that's like a silicone meatball shape thing, but it seems expensive to me. Maybe I will ask hubby for it for Christmas! 😉

Hi Kristi, The meatball sub and the burritos looked delicious! An alcoholic week, lol. Salmon night, I'm sorry, I knew that would be hard but you did good! Good video, love the bloopers. I was offered another Maine Coon so put the hint in Paul's ear and fingers crossed. We are getting our first one, not a kitten, a retired mama in about 2 weeks. Be safe. 💖💖

Lol I just love the blooper clips, literally laughing out loud! I made Creamy Chicken Spaghetti from The Pound Dropper as a lunch/dinner prep and it was so good! I also did my first ever breakfast prep and made egg muffins, also yummy.

Meal prep looked great. LOL on the bloopers. So we're getting drunk at dinner, lol. And girl I am almost 62 and have been having hot flashes for probably 20 years, so awful.

Haha!! Thanks Cindy!! And it's crazy how they can just come and go. After I went through menopause, they went away for like six months, for the most part. Now they're coming back again. Oh, the joys of being an aging woman!! 🤣🤣

Hiiiii..... I’m glad to hear that you are feeling better!!!! You mentioned u don’t use much ginger but I have Crohn’s and ginger is good for inflammation. Bring 8oz of water to a boil with a nice amount of ginger keeping in mind the more ginger the spicer it will be...BTW many blessings to your adorable grandson.... Take care!!!!

Yes, I would say they would be like dumplings. It's just rolled-up dough basically.

If you mix a little bit of shredded Parmesan cheese in with your meatball mixture your meatballs will have more moisture in them.

I’ve had really good luck adding some unflavored gelatin and a couple tablespoons of water to my raw ground turkey-it really seems to help with the dryness

I know this is an older video, but I just found you. I have a suggestion for the meatball dish. Since you already have the oven on, why not bake the meatballs. That way you can save on the oil and not have to wash the skillet or stand over it to watch them.😁
