I admire your perseverance ✨ I find low-impact guided workout videos on KZbin to be a little more gentle on the joints, maybe it's worth looking into once your injury is a little more healed ✨

Dang, long term injuries like that are terrible. It’s good that you were looking to start working out, but hindsight is 20/20. Take care of yourself man! We will see you next week!

Good to hear from you again, I also injured myself this week while working out, I smashed my finger with a dumbbell while doing lateral raises. Also, you're doing amazing on the weight loss!, I still remember that you started at 200lbs! You're now 20 lbs lighter, that is impressive 👏👏

Great work man, consistency is the hardest part but you're smashing it. With regards to the exercise, maybe stick to a fast walking pace on the treadmill for a while to begin with, going from no regular exercise to running is pretty hard on the body and just difficult full stop. Props for giving it a go though!

Have you tried push-ups? - it really helps to burn calories and it's a overall good exercise. Also, consider go outside and walk - it's necessary to receive some sunlight, know other places outside your home, breath fresh air, expand your world - and trust me, I like to stay at home, but, sometimes, you have to go outside and walk. It's good for the mind as well.
