I love the food changes. One of the biggest criticisms of WW is that it's too low of calories to make it sustainable. But WW followed all the science out there that we're learning about macros... the need for a high protein, high fiber, and yes some fats, and they've responded well. Excited! Newbie here. Mine showed up automatically. I do like the changes, wish it did show the calories, but get it's a point system. I track sodium at 1500mg a day , because of a heart condition. so happy with the changes! taking picture of the food sounds interesting!

Found an easier way to add a recipe to the Weight Watchers app so open it up and then if you have an iPhone, you can scroll down to the bottom and you can forward it right to the Weight Watchers app and it updates it not sure if that makes sense or not

Sooooo. Point value for venison beef mix. We grind our venison with beef brisket. It’s about 75/25 mix usually. Would the points be the 90 percent lean. Just wonder. The brisket used is fatty about 70/30.

If you wanted to track specific macros you can also figure your calories by this: Carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram, protein provides 4 calories per gram, and fat provides 9 calories per gram. 😉

Is it possible to eat only zero point foods and not use points? I ask because was a WW member a number of years ago and don't remember having zero point foods. Hope this isn't a crazy question. I am thinking of possibly joining WW again in the new year.

You can eat whatever you choose . They make those foods zero because they are good choices . No food should be off limits , we are given points for things like fats (which are super important ) and other dairy like cheese and don' t forget bread . The point system keeps us from going over board

@ the regular points plan is the new plan with all the free foods, right? I used to be on WW years ago when they had the purple, blue and green plans. I really loved that.
