I love the food changes. One of the biggest criticisms of WW is that it's too low of calories to make it sustainable. But WW followed all the science out there that we're learning about macros... the need for a high protein, high fiber, and yes some fats, and they've responded well. Excited! Newbie here. Thanks for all the info!

I love the grocery list feature. It really helps with meal planning, & it allows you to toggle back & forth between the list of ingredients & the recipes you've chosen for the week. I love the new features & new zero point foods. Thank you for sharing! ❤

I love the photo feature. It is another tool for our toolbox. Also, if we want all these wonderful new zero-point foods, we need to abide by the serving sizes.

I love the new changes for ww. I try to be low carb. I’ve been adding my carbs every day. I love that all of these macros are listed! I also love that lean meats are zero!

I think the recipe Import function is awesome. I tried it on several recipes and it works great!!!! I used to hate putting it in manually ❤😊❤

@maryw2870 it has one. On the top there is a pencil icon...click it and u can edit the recipe. I did it this morning and it worked great!

Mine showed up automatically. I do like the changes, wish it did show the calories, but get it's a point system. I track sodium at 1500mg a day , because of a heart condition. so happy with the changes! taking picture of the food sounds interesting!

Oh, this is great!!! Thank you for you, Dee, my hero. I really don't eat pork, seldom beef, but when I want to, now I can. Macros, for me, help also because I am an old broad who never did a macro in my life. Lol😊 and I am a retired Nurse.

You can only access it on a mobil device or iPad . you can do zoom on a Mac

Found an easier way to add a recipe to the Weight Watchers app so open it up and then if you have an iPhone, you can scroll down to the bottom and you can forward it right to the Weight Watchers app and it updates it not sure if that makes sense or not

Sooooo. Point value for venison beef mix. We grind our venison with beef brisket. It’s about 75/25 mix usually. Would the points be the 90 percent lean. Just wonder. The brisket used is fatty about 70/30.

If you wanted to track specific macros you can also figure your calories by this: Carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram, protein provides 4 calories per gram, and fat provides 9 calories per gram. 😉

Is it possible to eat only zero point foods and not use points? I ask because was a WW member a number of years ago and don't remember having zero point foods. Hope this isn't a crazy question. I am thinking of possibly joining WW again in the new year.

You can eat whatever you choose . They make those foods zero because they are good choices . No food should be off limits , we are given points for things like fats (which are super important ) and other dairy like cheese and don' t forget bread . The point system keeps us from going over board

Mine updated but when I click on the bottom for my zero point food list, the new foods are not on there. However, when I track oatmeal and potatoes, they come up as 0.

No it does not , they just have a regular points plan and a diabetic plan

@ the regular points plan is the new plan with all the free foods, right? I used to be on WW years ago when they had the purple, blue and green plans. I really loved that. I was hoping they still have it. I don’t think having all the free foods is good for me because I have to have strict limits or else I won’t stick to it. Thanks for the info. Kim

I don't think it's accurate cause it says I had 27,627mg of sodium there;s no way I had that much sodium! I think they are way off!Mine updated by itself too! I don't have the mashed pot. on the list or the beef on my zero point foods I don't get it?

It didn't show for me as zero, until I put in my serving size. Then when I tracked it, it converted to zero points when it processed through

The websight updated. A person does not have to update their app. The changes just show up from the web.

I do not have auto updates and mine updated. It never showed in the app store that it needed to be updated. Everything just changed in it.
