I know what you mean I was the same but it’s the only way I can control my weight I have excepted that’s what I have to do otherwise I will be back where I started lost 5 st 3 lbs and I always think it flouting above my head waiting for me to do what I have always done in the past al the best to you ❤

I was on ozempic and lost the weight. Felt and looked great. Now not able to use it and guess what. Gained it back. So here we are WW. Just found your videos and I’m so glad. I relate. Without med help I’m never really “full”. It’s a hormone thing I’m sure. So serving sizes, weighing and measuring is key. And planning. And faith. (Hoping for success) Thanks for the videos! 💕

I’ve decided with the program changes I am getting back to weighing and measuring my foods. I got away from that and completely stalled. I’m not new to the game but I’m just cheating my progress by going overboard on the 0 point foods.

Thanks for all your videos this week -- I just signed up for WW. I'm happy that they are including macros for the fiber count -- the older I've gotten the more and more important that fiber becomes. LOL on the happiness at filet being on the 0 list now -- who can afford it 😃

Thank you for this! I'm getting back in WW this month. I joined in 2022 after I delivered my baby 11/2021. I loved personal points. I was really sad when they changed the program so this news is GREAT news for me. I went from 190 post-delivery to 147lbs in a year. It was great! I'm now post-delivery with baby #4. I'm ready to do the same and I'm so excited they changed the program back to something closer to personal points. I didn't feel like I was missing out. The program felt obtainable and not too restricting.

Zero point foods to zero out hunger…zero heroes…love that! I’m sooo looking forward to these changes; I think I’ll be more willing to eat lean meats, potatoes, and oatmeal if they’re zero points…and hopefully I’ll fill up enough to not eat other crap. Also, question Dee…how long did it take you to lose 100 pounds? Just curious…thanks for the video, have a great day! ❤

I started a week ago and lost 10 pounds, I know it's water weight but I'm happy, was mad at myself because wasn't tracking supplements and found out MCT oil was 9 points, darn it, there goes some of my weekly points, looking ahead to tomorrow, so glad I found your site

Somedays I don’t use all my dailies which I think will happen with the new plan with extra zero foods but have little things I can add to make up my points when I have had a lot of zero foods ,avocado oil, to roast my veg, chopped nuts to add to my yogurt choc Chips to add to my fat free Greek yogurt, looking forward to the change here in the UK we are changing tomorrow as well 🙋♀️ take care ❤🎄

I only eat boneless skinless chicken thighs, never breast. So that's going to be a nice change for me. I also eat 90/10 hamburger quite item, as well as potatoes.

Hi Dee, most of my food I consume r 0points . I have have a lot of food I cannot eat and all veggies and fruit have to be cooked . I loose 7p and gain the same 7 if I consume my daily’s. Do u have any suggestions to help . Oh did I say I can’t consume artificial sweeteners:(. HELP ME DEE 😂

Sounds like you're retaining sodium & water and not actual weight you're gaining. If you're eating heavy meals or more sugary foods on the weekend don't weigh in on Monday maybe weigh in on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The sodium is very high and when you compare the 1% its very close in macros , so I don't mind counting it

Why does everyone want to put limita on zero points foods? Why does more restriction make people feel better ? Some people need more food burn more food zero is zero fill up!.
