What do you use the Cohens Kappa for?
You use the Cohens Kappa whenever you want to know if two people's measurements.
These two people measuring something are called raters.
The weighted Cohens Kappa is a measure of the agreement between two ordinally scaled samples.

Can raters be a group? For example, each group consists of 5 raters and I want to measure kappa value of the twp groups. Is is possible?
