Just found this video because I just bought this very rifle HW35 E .22 yesterday. Thank you for sharing this information. It is very helpful and I see now that you have done videos on many of my other HW springers as well.

Don't be so hard on yourself; no one is perfect and neither are our beloved air rifles. Excellent shooting, very nice rifle. My breakbarrel shooting is done with an HW95 and this 72-year old is quite happy with it, even if the shooting is not perfect. It is not the HW's fault if the shooting is not perfect - user error!😊

Very nice video! I just bought an HW35E. When I first mounted a scope and took shots, it hit below the whole target at 10 meters! I suspect this is barrel droop and I noticed you mentioned you are using adjustable scope mounts from Sportsmatch. Is that for barrel droop? How do you know you have droop and it is not the scope out of adjustment? How do you recommend compensating for barrel droop. Also, I read that you should depress the spring loaded barrel release when closing the barrel as well as opening the barrel. I noticed you are not doing that and I dont want to have to do it either. Is it OK to not depress when closing? Really nice video! Thanks!

Hi!! Great videos, I want to get a weihrauch, but not sure which one yet...I would like to have ur opinion between the hw 50 vs hw 35....thanks in advance. Greetings from México!!

Thanks a lot Luis, the HW50 is the lighter gun, easier to shoot with less recoil. Both are really good. I don´t know your height, and how much power you have in your arms. Best regards! Andi

They've done away with the finger grove on the stock in favour of the chequered style. I love this gun but wish they had kept the finger grove as far more pleasing to the eye and practical.

I thought about buying a 35 but then a 55 came along which is even better and I bought the 55.
