Someone told Weird Al, "Never change." Whoever that person is, thank you.

This may be the all-time least Church of Christ medley I've ever seen him do.

Anyone here in 2023? He still has the exact same guys with him, and they've only gotten better.

The polka medleys on every album are my favorite. Thank you Al.

This performance is absolutely incredible. The technical prowess of the musicians along with the sheer entertainment factor is off the charges. This is why Al and his band have been together forever.

I doubt many people saw this live. I remember watching the telethon in the 80's and they'd say what great talent they had coming up soon. But I never saw them because the local affiliate took up the majority of each hour with their local pleas for donations. This made little sense to me. People weren't tuning in to see local celebs beg, they tuned in to see Jerry, Ed, and the entertainment Jerry gathered for the show. Gotta hand it to Al here. This is as close as I've ever heard a live performance matching the studio version on an album.

I've always been bothered by al saying "beat" instead of "hook" during Ice Ice Baby. There has to be a reason why he said it
@natethefighter11 ай бұрын
I wonder if it's a reference to when Vanilla Ice was trying to defend himself against plagiarizing "Under Pressure"? Ice would say that his song has an extra "beat".
