Sorry I've not commented much on your videos Tim but just been a bit busy with life unfortunately, just got up to date on every but thought I'd comment on this one just because some of the last projects I was working on before I last packed it in was two of the Pierce Arrows... Both started as rough builders and was doing one as box stock as I could and the other with my own touches, then hit the wall with the hobby and they have remained as stalled projects since... Must get in them again at some point. You've done some great projects since and the Porsche build is looking amazing too. Hope you're keeping well anyways mate and keep up the great work, definitely one of my favourite channels!

No problem! I still haven't decided what I'm gonna do with this one. Probably something somewhat deranged. After all, it was only $5. LOL! Thanks for watching.

@@timkustom I'm sure whatever you do with it will definitely be something no one would ever imagine doing to one of these 😂 will have to dig out my ones now I've had my interest peaked again. Will definitely look forward to yours hitting the bench anyways!

Yep. You found the right stuff. Can't wait to see what kind of crazy fun you get into. I got the one with Dick Dastardly and Muttley, and I can still do the Muttley laugh after all these years. Yes, I'm still a child LOL. You correctly assessed the problem w/the Pagani, the Huayra was cheap because they do not fit together in final assembly, builders get driven mad. I got the kit before I knew of the hot mess it was. Tried to sell it at a few shows for what I paid. I doubt I'll ever recover that amount. That Pierce Arrow is so cool; I have a complete rebuilder for "someday". I think you found plenty on your trip to make a trippy model out of it. Carry on my friend! I'm close to getting back to workbench, I can traverse stairs again in both directions. First task is getting 2 Grex airbrushes to CA for new packing seals. Don't ask why.

Great stash finds at Ollies Tim like the direction your going with kit bashing the riksha & sno machine.. Super torque trike with Dually wheels or maybe Make a pagani powered pace arrow🤔 bond 007 vehicle

If you want to keep the shrink wrap on the Undertaker Dragster, i just did an unboxing a couple weeks ago. For that hyugie boogie thing with no hood, those sweeping curves on that trike might make a very interesting hood!
@timkustom4 ай бұрын
I remember looking at it decades ago and thought it was pretty rough. I might use the body on something else. Price was right.

@@timkustom can't go wrong at $12.99. I'm feeling nostalgic about it since I didn't know it was a real car that really went down the track. So I'll probably just build it as it is, and maybe put a little extra work into the display thing that came with it.

I haven’t seen a real Triumph, or a model of one, in years. It has similar “angularities” to the Pierce Arrow somehow.

Well, those were weird and wacky for sure. Lots of interesting parts for potential projects there. Renwall body is cool. Shame about the Pagani. Seemed very well built. Panel fitment is bad in that kit. That's why many display their cars every panel opened. Looking forward for your next terrible idea.
