My mom took me to the barbie fairy-topia stage show. I was probably 11 at the time I was so excited. I didn't meet barbie but I enjoyed the show and costumes so much. But one person played two separate characters 🤔 was played by the same person . I also did the barbie dream house experience on my 19th birthday which was fun but I felt so out of place because most of the people were little girls. Either way both really good experience.

Yes the Barbie Disney at Epcot, was epic. Very true to Barbie lifestyle. And very dead on for Barbie. And the actors they had was kinda accurate. They should bring them back tbh.

Saw Barbie Island Princess live show at the mall circa 2006. Changed my life permanently. They gave out free album sample and I was too shook to meet Barbie donated my meet greet ticket to a younger girl who showed up late missed ticket handout. Kelly Sheridan classic Barbie actress is my idol. Barbie movie actresses are usually Canadian musical theatre girls.

As a 90's kid I always wanted to go to the Toys R Us Barbie Meeting and Greets, but my mom never took me. I also wanted to go to Disney so badly to see that Barbie show and I believe it also came out on tape?? though I obviously did not get it. 90s barbie is so iconic.

I met Barbie at Toys R Us when I was little maybe around 2001. I was in like first or second grade. It was ok I remember thinking she didn't look that much like Barbie, she had short hair and wore a puffy pink dress but not one I recognize from a specific Barbie. I've still got the picture. 😆Not sure what the event was though. 🤔 They had a raffle drawing and I won a big bag of Barbie merch so that was cool.

The best Barbie performer/performance i have seen was at a general fan convention and two Girls performed a scene from Barbie in Swanlake, dressed as the Fairygueen and Odette herself. They looked beautiful and their dresses had like LEDs in them so they glowed in the dark.

I never saw Barbie in person. But there's one video I used watch all the time, my cousin gave it to me at the time. It is called Barbie Birthday Party Epcot 1994 and it's on KZbin, speaking of that I should watch it after this video!

Here in Brazil; I was going to a toy store just to get me some Barbie and the pearl princess dolls; When I arrived there was a girl dressed up as mermaid Barbie and it was the last time I saw that kind of promotion.

I met 2 Barbie designers at Toys R Us and the day after I went to the Barbie convention and met Barbie. It was around 1992 and I remember not being able to sleep the night before the convention ❤❤❤

I remember when I was younger, there would always be a live Barbie performance at our local mall whenever a new movie came out, and posters for the show were put up everywhere. I never got to go though cause I was a young boy and didn't have any appreciation for Barbie yet. 😂

I've been to a "Barbie Meet & Greet" when I was little, it was around the time Diamond Castle came out and it was either Walmart or Toys'r'Us but there was someone dressed up as Liana and you could get your picture taken with her. I don't remember much other than me being superrr shy and I still have the photo!

I always thought the supermodel Claudia Schiffer is like a real life Barbie. But Im a child of the 90's. I agree Barbie seems about 25 at least. Not a teenager. She has had so many careers, including doctor. And she's been a bride.

My meet and greet was at a Toys R Us when I was around eight or nine years old, It was for the cool clips barbie. I was really shy to meet the lady because I felt like she did look like barbie, we got a doll and a autograph and I have an autograph framed and on my wall. 🌺🌺🌺

When I was 6 or 7 they were doing a barbie meet and greet at toys r us and I remember the girl was very uninterested in being there. I remember we had to go up and tell them a wish we had, and when I told her mine she broke character to tell me she wasn’t actually barbie. So that was weird. Early 2000s was a very strange time

The only time I got to "Meet" Barbie was back in the 90s when I was just a little boy. She did a meet & greet at the opening of a Walmart and while she showed up in a pink car (which was very impressive) I was so disappointed because the kids would get autographed pictures and they had some of Barbie and some of Ken...and since I was a boy, I was given Ken. It really ruined the whole moment, but still very funny to think back on.

Barbies World Show in Epcot. I got selected for the final runway show! Lol It was so fun. After it ended years later, the man that played Ken was part of the Disney Carol's Group and recognized me during our holiday vacation in 98 when we watched the group preform.

I do think Mattel sent our Barbie over. She was really professional even if her outfit was scary. There's actually a vhs of Barbie at epcot. It cost a penny with a new Barbie. Mine was Camping Barbie

Beauty inside a box I should say Barbie at Epcot is like the number one review of this video. Because there are Barbie fans and Disney fans that would never forget that there used to be a Barbie live show, including meet and greets at Epcot of Walt Disney World. And nowadays for some Barbie fans and Disney fans that don't know about it, and when they look it up on KZbin and the internet. It becomes fascinating to them, and I guess they probably wish if it would still be at Epcot. I wish it would still be at Epcot as well. But for me I believe she would have to be at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood studios at Walt Disney World, she may appear at the Magic Kingdom. In a princess dress, and her little sister Chelsea to join in, I hope an idea like that might come about someday. But at the same time there has to be a Barbie Disney attraction as well. But anyway, Barbie at Epcot when you did a review on it as the last thing for this video I should say is the number one review of Barbie meet and greets, and Barbie stage shows for this video

Never met a Barbie character. But when I was at the Barbie be anything tour I got dressed up in a Barbie inspired outfit with a super long blonde wig and everyone thought I was supposed to be Barbie for the event. Parents were asking if their kids could take pictures with me, kids were coming up to me so excited, my children were so confused lol. It was a huge compliment tho.

Beauty inside a box the part at 8:28 of this video, thank you so much for talking about the Barbie live show that used to be in Epcot during the mid-90s at Walt Disney World. Nowadays Barbie fans and I think Disney fans in general find the show very fascinating, and have been wondering of why Barbie made her way at Epcot in a live show in Walt Disney World. The truth is Disney at the time, when Epcot first opened. And when Epcot was growing with new attractions years later in the early 90s, the truth was there wasn't something familiar that and not much one for kids. Although the attraction journey into imagination the original dark Ride starring dreamfinder and figment we're the only ones that the kids at the time loved the most at Epcot, dreamfinder and figment would even make meet and greet appearances in front of the imagination pavilion. Nowadays for those who remember when they were kids and visited epcot, they love talking to dreamfinder and petting figment. Because the figment character himself was just a puppet with the dreamfinder performer, and at the same time a lot of children loved not only dreamfinder. But when he was carrying figment around in front of the imagination pavilion. And the original journey into imagination dark Ride really attracted children as well, and it was a lot of fun for them. It was almost timeless like it's a small world, it's just that it was sad that years later they took out the original journey into imagination dark Ride. And when they did that they took away the meet and greet appearances of dreamfinder and figment. Because those are the only attractions that got the attention of children at that time, when Epcot first opened in the 1980s. And the ride and the characters were still popular in the early 90s. But for somehow I guess Disney thought it was not enough to attract children for the rest of Epcot, because no matter what the other Epcot attractions and so forth we're not too attractive to children. And I guess in a way they originally wanted to have the Disney characters to go to Epcot, but I think that the idea was scrapped in a way. Because when Epcot first open, they didn't want the Disney characters at the theme park. Not even well-known Disney merchandise like Mickey Mouse merchandise and so forth. So they had to think of a way to get a well-known IP and character from another company to attract children into Epcot, rather than just dreamfinder and figment and the original journey into imagination dark Ride. And when they realize they've been working for Mattel I believe since the 1950s, and making some Disney merchandise with them and especially toys. I guess they kind of realize Barbie was the biggest and recognizable IP from the company of Mattel. So from there Disney imagineers and Mattel creators or producers, have collaborated and joined forces. To make a Barbie live show for epcot, theme to wear Barbie goes around the world. And that the show would be somewhere at World showcase the second area of Epcot. So when the show first came out, it was a great success. And Disney thought they had the answer to Epcot, in order to have kids to enjoy something at Epcot. However what they didn't know, is that there would be the critics, and some of the parents complaining of why Barbie is at Epcot and the world showcase area. The critics and parents alike suggested that Barbie should be at Disney's Hollywood studios at the time originally known as Disney MGM studios, and above all there were mixed reviews about the show at that time during the mid-90s. So the show lasted from 1994 until 1995, whenever I watch the show on KZbin it's a really good show. However I really feel bad for both Disney and Mattel, because they tried hard to attract more kids to go to Epcot. And I guess after that failure and flop, when the Barbie live show the magical world of Barbie lasted from 1994 to 1995. I guess after that flop and failure, because of the mixed reviews, criticism and complaints. I guess Disney decided afterwards to bring in some Disney characters into the theme park, I believe they were going to do that years later at some point in the mid-90s. But they changed their minds, and thought that the Disney characters would not fit and work at Epcot. But after the mixed reviews of the magical world of Barbie show, even Barbie meet and greets. Disney decided to have the Disney characters to go to Epcot, and when they did that. A lot of kids were happy that the Disney characters were finally at Epcot, they even try to do a Mickey and his friends Epcot themed sci-fi show. Which kind of worked at First, but in a way I think it failed or whatever. The show didn't last that long. I guess Disney thought that it would be a good idea to have Mickey and his friends to do a Sci-Fi show for Epcot, but even it too didn't last that long. I've seen it on youtube, it's a good show but some of the things were kind of cheap. and there was not that much cool special effects at the same time, but above all I thought it was a good show anyway. So even though Barbie was missing afterwards at Epcot, years later the Disney characters started to come to Epcot. I just wish that they could have had Barbie to still be at Epcot with her magical world of Barbie show, where it steamed that she travels around the world. A good team and fit for World showcase area of the theme park, and I wish they could have planned up another Barbie Live show and Barbie meet and greets for at the time Disney MGM studios now known as Disney Hollywood studios

I like the popstar princess look a lot and I have Swan Lake, Rapunzel & the 3 or 4 of the Fairytopia films and the VHS of Nutcracker and I've seen Rock & Royals, Pink Shoes & some others here on KZbin. I wish that I like the blue fairy's outfit it reminds me of a modern Greek dress.

I have very important question, I got Barbie diva gone platinum! Can the top of dress be adjusted or closed some? So there's not so much cleavage? It looks like u can..??
