He's so right when he talks about people discovering Chap-Hop for themselves. It's literally what happened with me. I'd randomly heard a Professor Elemental song on a weekly-rotating Spotify playlist once and was like "Oooohh, that's different and interesting. I quite like that!". Next thing I knew I'd fallen down the Chap-Hop KZbin rabbit hole and discovered Mr.B too, and started listening to both of their back catalogues extensively. Been sold on Chap-Hop ever since! Such a fun genre of music! That wouldn't have happened if I'd seen him on Britain's Got Talent.

I discovered Mr. B through Professor Elemental, who I discovered through a joke in a webcomic of all places. I've always loved how he always seemed to be taking Chap Hop both very seriously and at the same time not taking it seriously at all. "It's jolly fun" as he once said, and I'd have to agree with him on that.

I disagree with how you'd prefer to stay low key, and also, you definitely are a parody artist AND that is totally not a bad thing when you look at how amazing Weird Al Yankovic (greatest parody artist of all time still making millions) has been. The world wants and needs your hilarious form of British intelligence, so don't be afraid to get yourself more heavily marketed please =) Honestly, this is what more of us want to hear so let it get out there please. Comedy always works to a degree, no matter what type. Popular pop over and over gets boring as... there's just no word to exclaim it really. I wish there was much more variety in what radio stations play, and you are sooooo smart lolz... You can team up with that other chap hop guy and just put it out there with force, otherwise some of us history and creative types in the big wide world might never find you and their lives might become so no entertained or inspired to go on... living.. lolz. Weird Al was like that for me actually. Parody is clever, and often better than the original because of that... why? It brings laughter and positive happy thought memories that alone can help people through the tougher parts of life :) Of course you'd get increased negative feedback because it's not everyone's cup of tea though - if you do decide to try show the world your art more strongly (NO PRESSURE).There could even be a music revolution I reckon of where people want to look at history a bit MORE, making your songs like striking gold along the way. Don't worry bout it ~ just be about it.
