I had the honor of doing restoration work on Grace's Sword/Scissors it was the highlight of the Blade Show for me a once in a lifetime thing. The workmanship is amazing and at one time all the engraved areas of the blade would have been gold covered. I have done a lot of restorations but that was the most fascinating. I stayed up all Friday night working on it to get it back to her on Sat. I figured heck I can sleep on Monday.

Wow, thank you for sharing. She is such a splendid individual and such a talented artist. Really appreciated her taking a moment to show me the scissor sword as she was leaving! Have you ever ever seen the miniature scissors? She created several years ago, she constructed them under a microscope.

@@MelissaBackwoods We have a chili supper at my house every Friday Night of Blade and she is always here and she brought those as her show and tell that year. Just amazing. Wait till you see what she has planned for next year! Can't say anything yet but it will be a show stopper. If you want to come next year we can provide transportation both ways only fourteen miles from the show and Grace is always here as well as some of the best custom makers. She will vouch for me. My wife Mary and I would love to have you.

I love your videos Melissa iam a collector and avid outdoorsman I spend a lot of time in the woods iam thinking on putting out a few videos I think you have so much knowledge and it’s awesome to see more women getting into the outdoors it’s my addiction knifes lol I have a big collection and there’s nothing I like more than takeing my children out with me and teach them what I know I have seven children and I have two little girls 9 and 10 and they love the whole outdoor camping they watch your videos all the time thankyou for all you do and the videos are awesome!

Sign up before even seeing anything. Y'all have fun now. I had a Kershaw knife once, Once. Best knife I have even owned, Well best BIG Knife is a Timber Rattler. Yeah lol POS from BudK. But the damn thing is well proven to be a Do'er & get'er done Bowie type knife. Can't tell me no different. I have used it on Mesquites and it goes right through. Never lost it's edge.
