Great , great show. I was hooked on the show and watched it every chance I got. The se7enties? Was a great decade for television sitcoms. I also liked Taxi to name another great show. I'm a native born in the Bronx and remember the train car's and the styles of dress for the guy's and gal's of the 70s. Even though I have been out of the city for decades ? My heart? Still is in the Big Apple . Thanks for sharing a clip from a great tv show filled with great cast members. Saluti.

I teach an 8th grade applied English class with 7 kids in it. I have 4 boys just like these guys who have been together since 3rd grade. I am Mr Kotter. I live this everyday! Makes me smile seeing this again! 😂

I broke down and bought season 2 choosing a season was a random choice I looked for one with the most episodes. Normally I wouldn't pay that much for something but this show is nostalgic and one of the few things my girl and I agree on during the corona cabin fever virus lock down

That was such a great show. When I was in school it was not at all like that. I was in elementary school and then Junior high when that show was on. I enjoyed watching it. I would still watch it today.

And, it's interesting that he would mention Laverne and Shirley. I used to like watching that, too, at least until they left Milwaukee.🕊

You were too young to get this show? That's surprising, you must have been REALLY young. I watched it on reruns in grade school; I must have been 9 or 10. You didn't "get" Horshack's "oo! oo!"?!

gotta love the 30 yr old high schoolers
@20Avalanche064 ай бұрын
The Sweat Hogs on average was 23 yrs. I think Travolta was barely 21. Yeah, not exactly 17 to 18 yr old high school students, but they weren't 30. So first of all, they were Sweat Hogs, not the sharpest tool in the shed, so yeah, they were ever so SLIGHTLY older than your average high schooler. Second, Hollywood has always had to used older people for high school kids. But hey, to your point, I was 8 yrs old watching this, and to ME, yeah, they looked waaaaaaaay older.
