They definitely are the most common imo. Able to survive in any environment that isn't snowy or an ecological niche (like the Rotten Vale), and has a kit that can deal with most other threats. So them leaving would open up the top predator role to basically whatever else lives on the island. In this case, Anjanath. *But there's a Crimson Qurupeco and a Lagiacrus on the other end of the island so that Anjanath might not want to go that way.*

To be honest, it wasn't actually that hard, since the game gives ample warnings that a monster is charging their big attack. It makes it trivial to avoid the big fire breath with Absolute Evasion.

I wonder, Josh and Cotton, will you guys be playing on the computer version of Monster Hunter Stories 2? From the gameplay showcase we've gotten of the PC version it's... it's honestly incredible looking: what with the higher frame-rate, resolution, and texture quality, the game looks absolutely gorgeous. Also, seeing as there's co-op built into the game, do you guys think you'll do some co-op shenanigans once the game fully releases? I don't think we know how the co-op works yet (to my knowledge), but I think it'd be hilarious if we got a series with both Aylotton and Cottaylia: granted you can do the story together that is.

I really can't wait for this game! So good! Plus it's my first monster stories game. I did watch the anime though! Would recommend! Also considering my main partner pal being Aptonoth that I named Ampy because of there healing skills. I could be wrong, but when I looked at there skill tree, I saw that the upgraded forms of the skills they have available from the start are locked until around level 30. Which makes me feel like Aptonoth has maybe a full party heal??? and A full party status removal move? But I could definitely be wrong. Which has made me really hyped about Aptonoth for some reason. But that's ok!

Josh there are 40 bottlecaps that you can find in the starting zone. their are a few extra but you can't get them until you get a climber and swimmer. also puki puki has the best gear in the trial so you might want to farm him for materials.
