Welcome to Camposol Sector B Mazarron Spain.
This is a brief introduction to Camposol, huge area broken into 4 sectors. In this first video we are looking at sector B. It’s a mixed community and has so much to offer.

I think this is the best presentation of all the sectors on Camposol , seems to have the best feel of community and residential mojo. 10 out of 1O for this one , anybody fancying their chances living here ,this is the sector to explore .

I have drove past Camposol a couple of times on the way to Mazarron and I didn't know that its the size of a fairly large town. You certainly have everything that you could possibly want. Thanks for the tour around Shaun.

Thanks Shaun for your all your work and the little trip around B ,quite a big place..but not many people about at all.I suppose without a car the elderly will be stuck ! At least on the outer roads...something to factor in when thinking about renting or moving to Camposol Bye and take care now...

Hello Shaun We are moving from Gothenburg Sweden (driving down) in mid october and we will visit our son in Madrid then we will head towards the Mazarron area. Renting a house in Camposol from first of November. One thing i didn't notice on sector B commercial section was a Funeral director . A bit sensitive Shaun , i know , but it is something that needs to be covered ,sooner or later . For those of us thinking of a move , it is something we can't sweep under the carpet . [well, the deceased certainly can]. Good Vid' .

Thank you Burt, glad you enjoyed the video and true no funeral director on Camposol. Their is 2 outside Mazarron town, one that is English. One of the first things we did when we moved to Spain was set up a funeral plan so we are covered here and the UK if we ever go back. Many thanks for watching and stay safe :)

Hi Shaun , we are thinking of buying a house in Campasol region B , but we saw there are lots of bad houses in Campasol ... Is this true ? Also in section B ? Also , are there lots of musquitos in Campasol , because there are a lot in Alicante region ... Hope to hear something from you soon ... Rudy

Hi Rudy, you need to come and visit yourself and have a look. People won't be living here if there was bad houses but better see for yourself, mosquitos are every where and at the moment we've had a lot of rain and the virus don't help but as long as the council spray and keep on top of it, should be fine. Best bet is to rent in the area first and see if it's for you before buying. Hope that helps and many thanks for watching and stay safe :)

i didnt realise it is Soo big. Theres nothing outside the main shopping areas . im ok with that but i dont think the mrs would settle too far out . Holiday makers What do they do without transport.

Camposol is like a town, with 2 shopping areas. Where ever you live, you do need transport but there is a mini bus on Camposol but most use taxis, for those with out transport. There is a bus stop on A but the bus service is manly for the local area.

havnt been to Camposol in years,visited when stayed at country club. shopping bit changed a bit,was more bars i think back then.

Shaun im looking at camposol a lot lateley due to prices. Did you not get put off by the claims of subsidence previous years ago when built. Has all this stopped now or do you still notice it around the site Great videos showing Camposol in great detail . What Block did you decide to go on

Excellent Video Shaun, thanks for sharing. This really gives some insight as to what the place looks like and distances etc. Would you say either A or B is more busy, with hustle and bustle around amenities? Keep them coming :)

Just watched homes from Hell on Camposol, regarding subsidence and houses falling apart, how bad is the problem?

Thank you Michael, good that you've seen the Homes from Hell video and please check my other videos on the Sectors A, B, C & D and see how many have problems with villas you see. We have a place in Bolnuevo and regularly visit camposol mainly for the restaurants as we dont like spanish food but my god the place has got so run down the last couple of years, while the spots shown is this video are clean and maintained well i cant say the same for the rest of camposol, what a shame to see, this summer in particular it was so untidy with litter everywhere.

Thank you Cully for your comment - I just go around filming what I see. Lived here 3 years now and covered most parts of Camposol. The garden groups do a great job clearing up the place. Bolnuevo is a lovely place and spent our first year visiting the beach every year. Many thanks for watching :)

Yes, some have changed hands and only one has shut down this past week on A. Which is good to see and this year starting to get back to normal with people coming over again :)

My husband and i wer lukin at properties to buy there in Camposol.. Is it true some of the houses are sinking etc there as build on bad land?

There are some properties that are sinking but Camposol is a vast place. Worth paying a visit to check it out :)

More shops and restaurants than my city of 10,000 has. Looks like diesel converts to $5.21/gal, and regular gasoline to $5.50/gal (US). A bit more than here.

Thank you Rob, Camposol is about the place in area that has so many shops and it's not a town! The fuel here is cheaper than the UK but never as cheap as the US. Glad you enjoyed the tour. Many thanks for watching and have a great weekend :)
