That building you were talking about is Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur(Blue City). It is the second largest fort in India - I know cuz I've been there and its magical. The views of the whole city from the top of the fort are literally the best the world has to offer. The best part is that you can zipline parallely from the fort which is a must must must.

Masala is for north india guys.. in tamil nadu it is called "dapanguthu" basically street folk music where the tamil traditional music instruments like parai, urumi used, which is authentic to tamil nadu completely different from north or bollywood music.. more energetic and lively..

The best way one can think of India is Europe. The 29 states are like 29 different countries. The language, ethinicity, religion, architechture, topography, climate, everything is so different in different states. India total area-3.29 million sq km EU total area- 4.5 million sq km Even this comparison is not accurate. India as a country is more diverse than a few continents.
