saturday was worth the pain i still have in my old man's back. dumb asssweaty crowd surfing streamer kids man. shit wasn't cool in the 80's, 90's, or 00's. now with cells i don't even think they give a shit about the music. a lot of garbage out there getting recycled into new garbage.

As an Aussie I'm so jealous. It looks like my ultimate festival. We lucky to get a one day show of that quality. And I usually have to travel as I don't live in Melbourne or Sydney. Great videos. Watched last year's and was hooked.

How you guys like the new stage set up? Looks like they created long crowds not as wide to view from sides
@ViewFromTheCheapSeats3 ай бұрын
I like the new stages and especially liked the astoturf. I like that the stages are back to back to allow for short walks. The Garage stage is now the pain to get to and watch sets from.

@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats that one you watched from the seats looked ruff in and out. This be last one we catch till we get back from Sonic Temple
@kjsky42443 ай бұрын
The Vortex / Inferno stage set up was great but they need a cut through from the Vortex to the Octane stage so there’s more than one way in and out of the area.

i think patton is just as puzzled with the crowd as the crowd is with mr. bungle. and the crowd, after being hype for all those shit ripoffs all day, they get blessed with true artistry and they don't even realize it. smh

@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats i hope to catch them someday. it's crazy if you think about it, bungle, faith no more, helmet, their sound got bastardized into late 90's nu metal. i went saturday for primus, baroness, and foo. watching your vids, mainstream metal hasn't grown up much. stuck in that woodstock 99 mentality. but much respect to you guys! freaking champs. i had the heating pad on sunday layimg on the couch. thanks for the coverage

I'm 52, huge metal fan & music in general & I also have been playing bass for 30+ yrs. But can bands please, for the love of Christ, stop referring to the crowd as mother f'ers? So tired and old. It's not edgy, cool or hard core. When I was 15 & would hear Hetfield say it I was like "Awesome!" but that was back in the early 80's. Plus, lots of us fans have kids that want to see these bands so it would be nice if my two daughters (and all the other kids there) don't have to hear a guy in their 50's or 60's saying "Alright you mother f'ers! Lets see you blah blah....". Sorry, just needed to vent that.
@robertchristie89923 ай бұрын
It is amazing that i see this crap and even being out of the business for 20 yrs. i'm still a better singer,'frontman and i am much better looking that these bands made it and are actually liked. What a sad state of affairs.
