I think they are trying to create a hype but fortunately the host used correct words. nano - In 2013 means "very small," not the same meaning it carries in electronics. nano medicine - targeted medicine. Instead of giving specific antibiotic for specific infection; give a targeted medicine for the sub-variety of specific infection designed for specific set of people. nano robots - not the one we saw in "Inner Space" movie. but one which is mobile and acts in a specific way for specific cells.
