This house is beautiful, I'm from Kendu bay. Can he at least do some landscaping? Plant Kikuyu grass and some flowers? That type of grass will do well in that sandy soil. Add organic manure, and they can use the red soil from Kisii/Mosocho. We've done lovely landscaping at our home and the results are amazing. Green grass in Kendu bay can be in one sentence.
