I played that course a few years ago. Pretty fun track. You could play a different course every day for 6 months in the desert it seems like.

MHGP is one of the most boring courses I've ever played. Every hole is a ~420 yard par 4 ... Driver, wedge, over and over and over ... I don't believe Player had anything to do with the design of this course. I think it was designed and built by the home builder and paid Player to use his name. Other than the par 3s you could play this place with a driver, wedge and a putter.
