As far as I remember, both Sein and his older brother are in the OP during the part leading up to Fern spinning. A character who's kinda prominent, but hard to spot in the OP is actually Aura. She only shows up in a reflection on the gem on Frieren's staff.

their levitating spell seems to be very limited just like their flight spell, so far we have only seen them levitate things that are unconstrained. I think any outside force can easily affect the thing they are trying to levitate just like how they couldn't levitate stark in a windy snow storm.
