Such a great name you’ve given to the podcast: The thinking muslim. That’s what the Muslims lack of unfortunately and knowledge thinking brings enlightenment in our minds. Wish you success brother on your journey and endeavors. May ALLAH benefit us all from it to contribute to the revival of our Ummah. Amin

With your clearly, well-researched, thoughtful questioning you bring out the best in your guests and as one of your recent guests said, plants the seeds of inception for unifying and elevating the Ummah during these tumultuous times. May Allah swt continue to bless you and inspire us all to be better in all that we do with the Ummah at the forefront of our minds. Ameen.

@@The_Chairperson I am going to be selfish. I think it's better to have centralized monopoly at this moment. if anything, behind the scenes collaborations is more needed. the focus shouldn't be mass production, but focus on collective front to bring best minds; have conversation about many possible avenues for Muslim listeners to access together. we need to be on the same page about goals not compete for drama. last we need is distractions. that's me

Masha Allah. I am grateful to find this channel during the most recent difficult time for the Ummah. I personally wish to find this channel earlier when I was a student abroad and lost the sense of belonging to a community due to the nature of my surrounding which is non-Muslim majority. To see that we have many Muslim intellectuals with sincere intention to bring benefits toward the Ummah and beyond help me to be more resilient in doing my day to day life as a Muslim. I have faith in this Ummah and I will not let this sentiment go away. Thank you brother Jalal.

Mainstream opinion difference of opinion if musical instruments are haram or halal (not music in general musical instruments) everyone should do their own research and accept the others opinion with respect
@user-s8jb3qb6y2 ай бұрын
@@Id1126574the only issue is we all know the "halal" opinion is a shaadh. Stop trying to make your opinion seem like it was far more popular historically than it was. We just have more people in the west feeling "comfortable" saying reinterpreting things like this, and more, such as the acts of Lut's (a.s) nation being predators.

I have a question to Muslims... Does anyone really know Islam? Do you have one system, one leader and someone who supervises your teachings? Catholics, for example, have a pope. they even have a special institution called the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith that guards the doctrines. The Bible is a history understandable to everyone, which creates a logical whole and has logical meaning. I have the impression that Islam is a religion more similar to beliefs passed from mouth to mouth that everyone interprets as they want. Is the Quran understandable to ordinary people? I have the impression that you interpret it however you like since you have such different opinions about it. I heard it's like that because that's how it's designed. Chaotic. As if it was put together from various fragments of books of other religions. this is very probable because it was created later than Judaism and Christianity. Is it true? If not then why the same religion is shared by peaceful, loving people and terrorists who practice jihad, or by societies where women and children do not have the same rights as men. What is wrong with the Quran if it is interpreted so differently?
