On May 25, 2021, Village President Kathryn Ciesla and the Village Board originally adopted a resolution endorsing the Welcoming and Inclusive Community Pledge. The Pledge recognizes that Northbrook is home to over 35,000 residents of diverse histories and identities, the Village of Northbrook pledges to support and serve all residents and families regardless of their backgrounds.
