Only small criticism of the van fit out, is there should have fitted cable protectors to ensure no damage to the exposed cables

Aup Baz n team, just an idea for heli lift. Make a frame to go up n down with the pallet truck and a wheel at the two end corners, where the axle can go over center via hydraulic rams. (check the trailers which pick up narrow boats in boat yards) what I thinking of is a scaled down version. Would be stable too. Great vidio n content👍

Fine on good solid ground which is what will be on once it lands at the owners home. Not good for uneven ground

Goodmorning mr welderfabber and Director, as I drive in the Preston, Leyland area I managed to catch up toBaz in leyland. What a pleasant guy got a warm welcome and had a little chat.you get what you see with Baz no hidden extras and no surprises. Been following Baz the day he collected bucket from Ashville's. Baz you doing good and done good in the short time you been working for yourself. The MAN van has come on and the hely lift, and long it may continue. All the best stay safe and well be good. Baz, on the heli lift I think you should put plates over the hollows to stop rain water from puddling in them. This will help the guys from having to dry them out, it will be easier to keep clean and it will also make it more rigid too. Just a thought is all. Great job as ever!

No need for that mate. This is built for a customer to have at home at his hanger. Not much usage over the year. I know what you’re saying though. More on the lift to come on future vids

The plasma cutting service, my only thoughts (and I assume its your plan if you have someone on it full time) are you allow people to bring their own material, allow them to bring their own file, but all the g-code compiling and actual operation of the machine are done by your plasma person. If someone damages the machine though incorrect usage, I know you will hold them responsible for the damage, you don't want the downtime waiting for the machine to be repaired. Apologies for telling you stuff you most likely already know

Baz on the crusher hopper you said you can't drill hardox so the old plates going to be mild steel. When you reline it with hardox weld short studs on to the back and drill holes in the hopper sides to accept the studs, fit nuts and washers and it's then easily removed and replaced as and when. I wouldn't bother drilling it and using countersunk bolts , too much work lad .

Too bad I’m across the pond there buddy Burton construction for 25 years and then hooked up with a machine shop company where they re-and got all kinds of new equipment and I had to learn to program CNC and all the other equipment

Just one comment on the van fit Baz you mentioned on the previous chapter, when you was going to fit the compressor frame into the MAN you would say/show how you bolted it to the floor. I have experience in this and was interested on how you did secure the frame to the floor, please let us viewers know. Cheers Baz 👍

WELL ANOTHER GOOD VIDEO i have to add that the helly lifting fork i don't understand why it is so narrow you are not lifting pellets simply make it wider fixes steerability problems and the bending any way you probably won't read comments but i enjoy watching you go about your work cheers from N Q Australia

I read all comments mate. It would be more difficult for it to lift if you make the forks wider. The bar is the issue that goes to the front wheels. Thanks for your comment

Where you have put those pins (on the helly) if you put rollers underneath - that will prevent the bending & make it more stable.

It’s not built for wet concrete. This is built for a high end customer for his own personal hanger. Won’t be used very often

*Good morning Baz , the director , Dan, Cal and the team* ... *VCL have done an amazing conversion* on that van and in record time ! That *Shindaiwa starts very sweetly* doesn't it ...proper quality kit that obviously 👌 The *cold weather, darker nights, rain and no doubt frosts* are coming soon....back to insulated jackets and multilayers it is 😮😮😮....for me , working at night and using the motorways around the northwest does become an extra challenge I must say but it'll get done....I'll be swapping my cans of *monster for large flasks of strong lattes* ! The Heli - Lifters are such a very clever idea......you can't beat engineering to get the brain working can you ! The *plasma cutter third party use* is a great idea....I think having the ability to cut one and *refine the design* perhaps post cut before you do a *run* would be great ...🙏🙏 *Horseshoe pass is 20mins from my house Baz* !! Keep up the great work Gary 🙏

Baz you Could maybe use some sort of dc actuator thats the same voltage as the forklift for ease of installation saves messing with hydraulic lines and valves ect. Im up in north east Scotland and have ran cnc plasmas for years and im a welder/plant fitter to trade pitty i wasnt closer or id come work for you any day
