Are you able add an automatic greaser to the screener and throttle the outputs to the requirements of the greasing intervals? Or at least capture the areas that you have to repair the most? A stitch in time saves 9... Deffo worth it on a hire machine I would imagine.

Hi Baz and director, I was glad when the director sent the drone up at Jacksons I couldn't believe how much it had changed. I haven't been for over 20 years though I remember when Alan Jackson bought the land to take sand out of it. Then fill it back up, I've tiped hundreds of tonnes in that quarry. I was friends with Alan for many years, I think he's still with us. I love watching your chronicles I wish I was 30 year younger to be able to work for you and your team. Great stuff, Director I would say your a dab hand with that drone and camera excellent. Take care.

Hi, @John-ng2vg Dave at JA Jackson here. Alan Jackson was a big friend of my Grandad, though it is a coincidence that I landed here in 2007. If you want a tour give me a shout. Alan is still alive and kicking, but spends most of his time over in Ireland fishing!

Very interesting stuff as usual. That stantion has taken some punishment. I once replaced a smaller stantion on a farm building that got clouted with a Merlo telehandler. Part of the problem was the web of the stantion was rotted out with decades of cow muck and the impact collapsed it. We used the same Merlo to prop the building up whilst I welded in a new section with a base plate on it. That building repair will make a great video young man!

I haven't worked on many screeners so its interesting stuff love to hear your knowledge and explaining the planning what goes into running them. Worked with many older lads when I was younger who were reluctant to share the knowledge so its brilliant watching you show cal and all of us on here! I think your just jesting about Cal but I do hope ya do give him time off he wants. Only happens once or twice in most men's lives and if ya look after him he will look after you! He looks like a good cunt and they are hard to find! I lost it and and walked at one of my favourite ever jobs in an opencast because It was made very clear to me that the time off for the birth of me boy was gonna be an issue. 80 hr minunim weeks were put in there without fail but when I wanted a small favour with some unpaid leave it wasn't reciprocated.

I know it’s kinda lame to have to change the building/door structure to accommodate idiots that can’t do the job at hand. But I also feel like since it’s being replaced it’s a great chance to do it.
