Welding a Sterling 10.5 Limited Slip Differential - Locker on the cheap!!

Lockers are a must if you want to do any type of serious wheeling. My 1 ton YJ has a welded Dana 60 front axle and a Limited Slip sterling 10.5 rear axle. The limited slip in the rear did almost nothing for me off road so its time to change that. Trying to ball on a budget, the best way to lock up the rear is to weld it. Welding a standard open diff is pretty straight forward but a limited slip has some extra steps and challenges. Its not a limited slip, no slippage can occur with welded gears it just a lincoln locker
