I hate running a grinder without a guard. With the guard on there’s so many more ways you can hold it to get into tight spots and not worry about it cutting your hand. Not using the guard is just plain stupidity imo.

Good job the lift arm what did with mine was a piece of 3/16 round rod around the rim weld in place to keep the ball in done in 10 minutes
