Well that’s a nice looking home for the price and decent square footage. I like the colors on the outside. It’s a little dark Inside I would have painted white Sheetrock tape and textured through out to brighten it up. Not sure, I like the master bath tub looks like it would be a little difficult, trying to get in and out of it. Also, the two windows by the master tub not sure I like them. I would probably add window grills through out to dress them up instead of plain glass. Kabco are good quality homes. Would I buy this home yes but with up grades. And the name of the home Rawhide is so much better than THE VIEW. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful home and floorplan. Like the colors! For mine, I would want the two panel doors everywhere, sliding patio door in the kitchen, an in-swing laundry room door; so I can have a fresh air screen door like the front, and I would have the kitchen counters/backsplash the same as the baths, the dark grey/black seems to clash with the other colors, imo. This is another keeper from P & M! Speaking of which; you know when you only hear someone speak, and you never see them, you imagine in your mind what they look like; it would be real neat if you would reveal your faces! ❤ all your tours, thanks!

My thoughts are this is a really nice floor plan. I would leave out that fireplace/entertainment center and wire four wall plugs for my entertainment center/fireplace. The second thing would be drawer over base cabinets. Living in South Dakota I'd carpet the living room and halls. Very nice pantry with lots of storage but, get rid of the wire shelving. Nice utility room. Replace the dining windows with a patio door. I'm weird. I like that shower in the master bath. Like you said a place to put soap and shampoo and the seats, like you said to put your feet up to wash between your toes. I think I'd have one put in the guest bath as well. Give me medicine cabinets in both baths and I'd be happy as a lark. This is one of the most practical floor plan that I have seen in a long time.

Fireplace is a keeper for us! Its woodburning * if your power goes out that lil spot can help keep family warm plus do a lil cooking. We live in Tennessee and it happened to us an ice storm took out power for 8 days. Our Cavalier of the same size had a lifesaving woodburning fireplace!!
