Izana has access to Apothecary and Samurai from his Heart Seal classes. He took Darting Blow, Vantage, Life and Death, Potent Potion, and Replicate from these classes before reclassing back to Onmyoji to use magic again. Potent Potion makes the Tonics grant Izana more stats than usual, and Corrin and Shigure's Rallying boost his stats even more. With all those magic boosts and Life and Death, Izana's magic damage is enough to almost one shot most enemies in the map. By using Replicate, he is constantly in Attack Stance with himself. Non-paired up units get a half-damage follow-up attack from whoever is next to them immediately after their attack, and only a paired up target can block the dual strike. The Replica attacks first and Izana immediately follows up, or Izana attacks first and the Replica immediately follows up. Effectively, the magic deals 50% more damage after all those buffs from Rally and Life and Death. Because Izana has Vantage, enemies attacking him will be preempted, and Izana/Replica will go first instead. The only paired up enemies who can block the second attack die to the first attack, and every other enemy dies to both attacks. Therefore, no enemies ever have a chance to counter attack, so it doesn't matter how frail Izana is. He just never gets hit to begin with. In short, it's just a lot of damage stacking to show off how Vantage lets you one-shot the entire map with no chance of Izana getting counterattacked.
