Just so you know the clear thing you pointed to was actually the power valve, you can watch it move as you rev it up, but the water pump is right below that on the side cover, it should have a hose going to it.

A 50/50 mixture of boiled linseed oil and paint thinner will restore the faded plastics back to factory color. I use it when I’m cleaning up bikes and quads when I’m planning on flipping them for a profit.

If it doesn't idle then the crank seal are done, that motor needs a tight bottom end or trust me it will grenade and the entire lower end including the cases are all but a dream

Fuel,air , spark and good compression.this only works for carburetor engines .the new fuel injection bikes and quads different story.u need to take a class like I did ten years ago.MIT in Florida.
