I also have a tidbit tray thingy I use to put my rings, earrings, pills etc. as well on my dresser. Makes my mess look somewhat pretty lol

The tidbits or as my mom called it the garnish trays are by Lane & Co in Van Nuys, California. They are from the 50s. You are right about one missing... it was laid out with the straight one down the center and two half circles on the sides. Occasionally, depending on how much was put out, mom would use just the two half circles together too. Most often it was vegetables in halves and dips and peppers down the center. Love them! They bring back memories of Thanksgiving! 😃👍🏼

I feel like if Goodwill wants to charge high prices for all the things they were DONATED, then they need to wash it and display it in an orderly fashion as the stores do. I highly agree on the wash part ,and lower the prices ,I quit going to the one in my town .when they started pricing out used items for more than it cost to buy it brand new .Does not fit the reason as to why it's supposed to be a thrift store and not a rip off the customer on ridiculous pricing .

That monkey bank I had as a child... his name was Cy. I don't know what became of him but I always missed him. Two Christmas' ago my sister bought me one online to replace him!!! I anxiously wake up ( in Oregon ) and hurry to KZbin on my tv each day to watch you shop or unveil your haul. I love and want to thank you for speaking up about the increasing prices at thrift stores. My daughter and I are new to resale and I live on social security, so prices matter. I buy most of my small wardrobe at goodwill, so when prices go up, I have to get less. I love you and your family and really enjoy you and Andrew doing more together. You are both so cute. You passed on the camera!! Speaking as a photographer, you might want to look into some of those old cameras, the instamatics by Polaroid are desirable , and some can fetch big bucks! NEVER turn your back on a Leica or Hasselblad

Kodak made a model of Instant camera's. Polaroid sued Kodak for making this type of camera because they has a patent on instant cameras and won. They had a recall issued. The resale prices on the Kodak instant recalled camera's is very low.

How could you mess that old stonware Bean pot,. It looked pretty nice! that purple glass Brandy thing would make a nice floating candle. You put water about half way up, then a layer of cooking oil will do, ,you can get the plastic desks thing with a wick at most stores with candles, orput little white Christmas lights in it
