For those wondering about how I made the little books, I followed the tutorial by Treasure Books "Last Minute Gift using ONE 12 x 12 sheet of paper - Make Six Elements"
I have some pretty aesthetic footage from my time in France that I'll probably try sprinkling in some of the next few videos just because it's of some really pretty scenery. And my cats are cute.

it's very impressive how good all your art looks even in this sketchbook (I used these a while ago and they are being held together by duct tape and pain, and it did get super smudgy), you're very skilled and I love your style! all of these drawings look good, I personally like the Pokemon art a lot, they're very cute :)

I love how you draw men. You make them the muscular designs that I'd always like to do but they always come out looking androgynous. Plus your sketches and hatches are great. Its simple but the shading makes it pop.

Thank you! I couldn't draw men to save my life in the past, so it means a lot to hear that! A great site I used to use for practice is 'Line of Action' it's got so many poses and different body types, I highly recommend it 👍

I understand why people may not like him (appears in ME3 acting as Shepard's best friend, flirts with fShep etc.) but I still adore him. Kaidan's appearance was based on a real person, Luciano Costa, if that helps any with trying to draw Kaidan as I agree he can be so tricky to draw at times I also adore your precious baby girl kitty 🥺 must be protected. Can't wait for the next sketchbook!

Yeah that could be it, but then the fact that you can't romance him makes it feel like a stronger friendship that's just got harmless flirting. Idk, I'll stand up for my boy Vega anyday ❤ but yeah maybe people didn't like them being buddy buddy when we the player have literally just met him. YES I've no idea why I've never just used Kaidan's face actor for reference 😂 for sure gonna do that in the future so thank you!!! ❤❤

Thank you 😁❤ I used to have this happen a lot too, and I'm anticipating it happening to this book too, but starting with the next book I've been using fixative spray and I think it's working? Things smudge if I drag my finger through them (obvs) but for the most part they don't smudge onto opposite pages so much anymore. I've also hear you can use a light layer of watercolour as a way to hold the pencil to the page. Tracing paper (or paper similar) works too, except the drawing will still smudge, just onto the tracing paper instead of the page opposite. (if you're interested, the brand of spray I've been using is Winsor & Newton Professional Fixative. It's about £13 on Amazon and it seems to be lasting well) 😁😁👌

@@Enemyart5362 Ah I get you. With practice I can now draw mostly from my head, but I do need reference sometimes, and to understand anatomy and poses you need to use reference. There's nothing wrong with using reference if you're struggling with a pose. And like I said, the more you pratice with reference, the less you'll need it in the future 👌 hope this makes sense

i don't plan on making these again anytime soon, they were quite tedious, also the design isn't my own so it wouldn't feel right making a video using someone else's creative property. I got it from a store in France called Action. It doesn't have a brand name, the label on it just said Sketchbook PU. But I really wouldn't recommend it 😂

@@Liam-mf4fl Oh I think I saw their bullet journals one time. Are they any good? I've always been curious about using one for sketching and doodles. Also yeah, you're right, for their price I suppose they are worth it. My only complaint is the paper texture just felt so nasty, I hated touching it and it would absolutely drain my paint markers dry 😅

Yeah Vega can be a bit of a basic character but even though we only hear his story through a small convo with him that I guess you could miss (although I think he might have a book or something set during the second game?) I really love his whole tragic story that came about from what you do in ME2 and gives you another persons look on the events (sorry I'm being super vague in case I spoil it for someone 😅) I'm sorry, yeah I hate Liaria, she's so annoying to me. Each time I play the game again I REALLY try and give her another chance, but I just don't like her 😂 Oh I loved season 2, but I agree with a lot of people that it wasn't great 👍I just love Kaer Morhen so much 😭 Cahir grew on me too, named one of my pigs in stardew after him❤(that sounds mean I know, but it was out of love)

@@staticwool Didn't they make a whole animated movie about Vega's past ? I also really liked the fact that you get to look at the Events from someone else's perspective, and that you're confronted with the reality that some of Shepard's actions, although beneficial for the Galaxy and the Alliance, do mean that some soldiers here and there gave their all for nothing. It's actually the first time i hear about someone disliking Liara 😄 Not going to lie, i have a love-hate relationship with that series. When i first watched the 2 first Seasons, i hadn't played the Games or read any book, and now that i have played TW2 and TW3 and i'm reading the books, it's going downhill. A lot of the settings like Kaer Morhen are amazing and well done, but then i have an issue with the ugly CGI monsters and some of the performances. I absolutely dislike everything about Ciri in the show, the looks, the actress' performance, the bratty attitude... And since they push her forward in the spotlight all the time, it really gets grating. I like that Cahir got a lot more character development in S02, it was hard not to feel some sympathy for him. It felt really awkward that for a time he had some decent chemistry with Yen too, more so than Geralt ever had up until that point 😂

I love that they managed to get the vibes for the most part though. And the music was one of the best things about the third game, so I was so happy that it sounds similar!! But they've been changing so much and I was so upset with how bad they did my boy Eskel 😔It was definitely at its best in season 1, I'm hesitant to even start season 3. I'm mixed on Ciri. I think I liked her initially, but she's just getting so annoying, and she looks so glam all the time ( I know she's a princess, but I wanna see her in less fashionable clothes sometimes) Oh Cahir and Yen really threw me off coz they were getting on so well and I actually loved their scenes together but I knew they were gonna split at some point.

@@staticwool Hey i mean i get you, i don't necessarily like Tali, and most people adore her 😂 They definitely nailed the music. If there's something that never disappoints in the Netflix Witcher, it's the soundtracks, and Jaskier's songs. That's one of the consistently great things !! Season 3 is... Well, it's not great, but it does improve on Season 2 though, and one things the series has going on for it is that even if it's bad Witcher, it's still good in terms of entertainment value. I LOVED Yen and Cahir's scenes in S02, they had so much chemistry. They did a lot of characters dirty, Eskel especially. Keira Metz is pretty bad too in S03. And i haven't a clue what they're trying to do with Emhyr either, one thing's for sure, he hasn't got half the quarter of Game Emhyr's charisma. I was okay with Ciri at first, but she went from a poor helpless child to a cliché bratty teenager who's way too entitled. She's not supposed to be glam anymore, she stopped being a Princess in S01. Now in S03 she's acting all confident so she starts pulling the stupid reverse grip moves from S02 in combat, but it looks like stage-fighting. And not the convincing kind.
