Our local antique store has a murano cockatoo as well, clear with ribbons down the back. Last month he was in great condition, we went back to get him and someone cracked his tail and beak....SOO SAD!

Love the felted pigs and other critters! I’ve seen people doing felting and it is a little labor extensive, such an interesting craft. ✌🏼❤️

As someone who does sculptural needle felting I can attest to the many (many!) hours it takes to make figures such as CLL came across, but it is a really fun and rewarding craft :-)

When your camera landed on the Santa candy/cookie jar, I let out an OMG because I grew up that same one! My mom filled it with chocolate fudge at Xmas time. Now, I have it & it always gives me very fond memories. Also, enjoy your videos & have learned so much from you. Thanks

My mother use to make those ceramic Christmas trees you were looking at near the end. These same trees are on the shopping networks for like 45-50 bucks each. I have originals. 😁👍

Oh Jocelyn, those flow blue place settings are absolutely stunning! I can imagine them styled on top of silver or even champagne chargers for a beautiful dinner table. Have you tried going over sharpie on glaze with a dry erase marker? Sometimes that will take it off. I wouldn’t do it on a matt surface, though.

Plain ol' rubbing alcohol will take ink...even "permanent" ink...right off. Even on fabric/clothing👍🏻

The flow blue paint is visible on the underside. Is the china/porcelain that thin? Or is the paint/ink that strong?

When the plates are stacked in the kiln, the blue from the one below will color the back of the one above.

I went to Vinton Virginia goodwill unfortunately our goodwill are small 6 of them. Anyway I was looking around- prices are high but I saw a brand-new Finton Salt and pepper kittens for 99 cent but a bowl with marking 4.99 cup 3.99 both had little chips. So funny I guess they mark whatever they think. Love your videos had back surgery in September and they help me from going crazy.

It is a set of small decanter with matching small glass. The glass fits upside down on the top of the decanter (filled with water usually), on a bedside table, if you need a drink of water during the night. The one J found in this video with the tray if the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen! Hope I’ve described it well enough.
