I drove a truck and hopper bottom over a large concrete culvert when I was a new driver. It broke the pto off the truck and tore the door off the bottom of the hopper. Probably tore up some smaller things as well. It was 25 years ago. I’m honestly not sure what I learned from it though,because I had already known that you’re not supposed to do that.

Glad all are ok and just going to cost a bit of money and time. anything can happen even on strait flat paved road so no one not knowing the facts should be assigning blame or guessing. for all we know it was a windy day and a sudden gust of wind blew the empty trailers over the lip of the road giving the driver option to drive in ditch or flip into ditch, the long grass made it look smooth from a distance. having lived in sask and experienced the winds I would never underestimate them. I hope everyone continues to finish harvest season safely .
