I was able to purchase the new keto brick. I found it very soft especially here in Florida. I melted into small silicone bit molds and keep in the freezer. Love them

I bought the Remond's Mojito and Cran Apple flavors and have been loving them. They are different flavors than other electrolytes. I also got the new Primal Fudge Keto Brick before it sold out. Loving the tallow over the cacao butter bricks. They are so soft and the new fudge flavor is just like fudge icing like you mentioned. Expensive, but great to have when I am traveling.

I love Marigold products but I really wish they’d quit using Allulose. 😢 Unfortunately it doesn’t agree with me so I have to watch their labels carefully. I was surprised when I didn’t scrutinize the label of their fatbombs carefully enough. A big waste of money. 😢

I have been debating about the Primal Queen supplements. I started taking a beef liver supplement and I am not near as tired as I used to be. I've actually had some mornings where I wake up to go to work and I'm not wishing I could go back to sleep. I am anxious to hear if you have any good hormonal results

Do you cook with Redmond Real Salt. I found when I would cook with it,especially things like soup. When using it I would feel/taste like there was sand in my food. It took me a while to figure out it was the salt.

@ for cooking I use Celtic Sea Salt now… I just don’t like that sandy texture in my food. I wonder if the insoluble minerals are actually absorbed by the body…I’m thinking they might just passed through
