im torn between the ten thousand set shorts/tactical shorts vs the wellen sevens performance swim shorts. Main goal is Hiking/running shorts, swim and gym (in that order) Any suggestions on which short or other brands to check out?

I'd go Tactical! That's been my fave for those asks and they dry relatively quick due to the ripstop material

I'm writing this for the second time, your content is superb. I constantly run, do conditioning training and fight training for 3 days, and lift weights for the other 3 days. Can you recommend shoes that will meet both? A few because not every brand is available in my country.

A store where you can try on a shoe and jump on a treadmill or plyobox is long overdue. At present, all the shoes returned to Amazon probably end up in a landfill. The big sporting goods store used to have a faux track, but that's about it.

Medium-Large? Nobody knows the struggle of a 26" waist and 34" inseam, where XS doesnt even exist and everything is ready for the flood. 100% the shorts riding up and the pockets sticking out is the rise and crotch, not the inseam or leg opening circumference. Just think of any time you have to squat or sit, and you have to hike up the shorts first like a curtsy.
