Heck yeah!! They're reacting to Wind Breaker!! Also this is clearly better than Tokyo Revengers since the main character is actually a likeable and good main character. The main reason Tokyo Revengers is revered as a good reason because of all the characters that aren't Takemichi are way better and interesting than him (which is not a good thing). You can't just expect us to accept/like the main character "I got hearting" his way through every situation without getting stronger and/or better at fighting. The anime I think of when I think of the goat of delinquent anime is Beelzebub.
